I ordered a phone case on behalf of my girlfriend 6 days ago at their webshop, I didn't get any feedback that the referral was received or posted and I would send the package, I tried to reach customer service during "customer service" time, I called the number 7x, unfortunately I couldn't pick it up once do not call back the phone.

Se egy üdvözlés, amint beléptem a boltba, se egy szemkontaktus az eladó részéről, se egy jelzés, hogy "igen, észrevettem, hogy belépett a boltba, és egy kis türelmet kérek, hamarosan foglalkozom Önnel" ... semmi. Szakmailag oké, miután észrevesz, kedvességben is kifogástalan, de úgy gondolom, hogy egy kis vevőorientációs tréning ráférne az eladóra, hogy kezelje a helyzetet, ha többen vannak bent. What is positive is that they provide comprehensive, all-encompassing expert advice. What’s negative is that until then, the next buyer is invisible. Not a greeting as soon as I entered the store, not an eye contact from the seller, not an indication that "yes, I noticed you entered the store, and please be patient, I'll deal with you soon" ... nothing. Professionally okay, once you notice it, it’s kind of impeccable, but I think a little customer orientation training would fit the salesperson to handle the situation if there are more people inside.

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes, ügyfélszolgálat gyors és udvarias. Csak így tovább :) The ordered product was damaged during transport. I wrote to them, the new one has already arrived within 2 working days. Perfect value for money, fast and courteous customer service. Keep it up :)
