We didnt get any towels the first day and after that not enough towels, for a 2 person room we got 1 towel. The beds only had matress covers and no sheets. An overall disapointment…

The staff were really helpful and we even got a free room upgrade which was a great surprise :) One thing I would say is that the walls were quite thin to the room next door but that didn't bother us.

I slipped, falled and opened mi elbow then they charged me 34 euros for using the Phone to call the hospital. If that was not enough when I was leaving I sat in the bed and a loose metal piece pierced into my pants and leg. Please be safe and stay away from here.
c	catrin haf hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here this week for 4 nights. On arrival staff were very helpful and gave us some information about different places to visit in Budapest. We were able to buy tickets for the thermal baths and hop on and off bus from the hotel which was very handy. The hotel is located very closely to bars and restaurants and there is a hop on and off bus stop less than 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room we stayed in was very clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Special thank you to Krisztián who is a lovely receptionist and is very approachable. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel very welcomed at the hotel. I reccommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Budapest!

J	Jo Bella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival late evening staff were so pleasant and helpful (even though under pressure with everyone arriving at once and of course some people having no patience) but easy check in and on arrival found our room clean and tidy - room was a little tired but house keeping great and beds so so comfy (which helped after each day of our holiday walking miles!) . Everyday came back to it lovely and clean. We had to report out shower holder was broken and on return that evening a new one had been installed, so pleased with the quick turnaround as nothing an issue and staff lovely on every occasion. Bar staff so lovely and attentive. Breakfast really reasonable and accommodating all tastes and requirements. Hotel very handy and had a family run atmosphere- great value for money and would recommend to anyone - thanks all for a lovely stay well worth a visit.
J	Julie Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and clean delicious breakfast lovely staff. Downside rooms too small need updating. Bathroom too small. Not enough cupboard space for clothes. Wardrobe too small for two people. No natural light getting into bedroom. Apart from that we loved Budapest
