★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr fleißige und sympathische Mitarbeiter.
Anlage wurde sauber und technisch einwandfrei montiert. Alles gut gelaufen.
Allerdings war die Aussage, dass sich um Alles gekümmert wird.
Leider reagiert der Stromanbieter eon nicht auf den eingereichten Antrag.
Bisher 2 Monate ohne dass ich die Anlage nutzen darf.
Jeder Tag kostet mich Geld!
Beschwerde muss ich bei EON selber machen.
Für mich schwierig ohne die Sprache gut genug zu können.
Deswegen ein Stern Abzug.
Sonst wäre es perfekt.
Aber die Firma bleibt absolut empfehlenswert ?

The system was neatly and technically flawlessly installed. Everything went well.
However, the statement was that everything will be taken care of.
Unfortunately, the electricity provider eon does not respond to the submitted application.
So far 2 months without being allowed to use the system.
Every day costs me money!
I have to make a complaint to EON myself.
Difficult for me without knowing the language well enough.
That's why a star deduction.
Otherwise it would be perfect.
But the company remains absolutely recommendable ?
