★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximálisan elégedettek vagyuk a céggel, az ügyintéző kollégával, és a klíma telepítő szakemberrel egyaránt. Elég hosszú ügymenet volt a miénk(házvásárlás elhúzódása miatt). 4db klíma kiválasztása, vásárlása, kiszállítása, felszerelése. Direkt fűtésre optimalizált klímákat kerestünk hisz velük fogjuk fűteni a házat. Mindenben partnerek voltak. Az árak is rendben vannak. Had említsem meg az érékesítőt Berke Bálint-ot, tényleg mindenben segített ami felmerült.
We are fully satisfied with the company, our clerk and the climate installer. It's been quite a long time for us (due to the delay in buying a home). Selection, purchase, delivery, installation of 4 air conditioners. We were looking for climates optimized for direct heating as we will heat the house with them. They were all partners. Prices are okay too. Let me mention the salesman Bálint Berke really helped with everything that came up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyors, pontos szállítás, kitűnő szakemberek, kedves, jó hangulatú ügyintézés. Azt gondolom, a kereskedelemnek így kell működnie, példaértékű a hozzáállásuk az ügyfelekhez.
Fast, punctual delivery, excellent professionals, kind, good atmosphere. I think this is how commerce should work, their attitude towards customers is exemplary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rossz készüléket küldtek, a reklamàciómkor nekem kellett magyaràzkodnom, kaptam 5%-os kupont a vàsàrlàs utàn :D (így màr felhasznàlni nem tudtam az aktuàlis rendelésnél és a történtek utàn később nem is fogom!) Egyetlen jó pont, hogy extra sügősként időben megérekezett a cseretermék!
They sent the wrong device, I had to explain at the time of my complaint, I received a 5% coupon after the purchase: D (so I couldn't use it for the current order and I won't be later after what happened!) The only good point is that it arrived on time exchange product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf die Reparatur meiner gerade einmal 1 Jahr alten Wärmepumpe in meinem Haus in Zalakaros warte ich nun schon seit über 2 Wochen. Der Mechaniker wurde angekündigt, kam aber nicht und war telefonisch auch nicht zu erreichen. Emails an die Firma Viky blieben unbeantwortet. Mein Fazit: schlechter Service, nicht zu empfehlen.
I have been waiting for the repair of my 1 year old heat pump in my house in Zalakaros for over 2 weeks. The mechanic was announced, but did not come and could not be reached by phone. Emails to the company Viky went unanswered. My conclusion: bad service, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legtrógerebb cég akivel mostanában találkoztam. Emailre nem reagálnak, az általuk kiajánlott készülék a saját oldalukon több mint fél millióval olcsóbb! Persze ezt már nem tudtam velük lekommunikálni, mert a telefont többszöri próbálkozás ellenére szintén nem veszik fel. El is engedem ezt a dolgot, több millió forintos hőszivattyú vásárlásánál baljós jel ez. Bele sem merek gondolni, hogy szervízigény esetén mennyit kellene rájuk várni, fűtés nélkül fél nap is kellemetlen lehet, nemhogy napok, amióta nem is reagálnak semmilyen megkeresésre.
The coolest company I've ever met. They don't respond to emails, the device they recommend is more than half a million cheaper on their own site! Of course, I couldn’t communicate this to them anymore because the phone isn’t picked up either, despite several attempts. I will let go of this thing, this is an ominous sign when buying a heat pump for millions of forints. I don't even dare to think about how much to expect in case of a service need, without heating it can be inconvenient for half a day, not even days since they don't even respond to any inquiries.
