R	Renáta Szulics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kellemes légkörbe jól esik beérkezni. A kiszolgálás szupergyors, a cuki dolgozói nagyon kedvesek és türelmesek. :) A fagylaltok és sütemények isteniek. Ide bármikor érdemes betérni. :) It is good to get in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is super fast, the cute staff are very kind and patient. :) Ice creams and cakes are divine. You should come here at any time. :)
N	N G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a fagylaltok amit kértem tele voltak jégszilánkkal, ami kellemetlen. A rizses csoki fagylaltban a rizs nem más mint beleszórt gabonapehely. Lehet beleválasztottam, de nem volt finom egyik fagylalt sem amit kóstoltam. Egy gépi csavarossal jobban jártam volna. Unfortunately, the ice creams I asked for were full of shards of ice, which was uncomfortable. In rice chocolate ice cream, rice is nothing but sprinkled with cereal. I may have picked it in, but there wasn’t any delicious ice cream I tasted. I would have been better off with a machine screw.
r	rowland250 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megrendeltem a tortát, viszont amikor mentem érte, nem tudták, hogy milyen tortáról van szó. Utána kiderült, hogy elvileg le lett adva a rendelés, de nem kapták meg. Ezek szerint az aznapi torta rendelèst, amikor átveszik nem ellenőrzik, hogy minden meg van e. Telefonszámom le volt adva, nem hívtak, hogy bármi gond lenne. Csalódtam sajnos. 2 torta volt amiből választhattam és kaptam rá 20% kedvezményt. Sajnos erre jobb èrtèkelèst nem lehet adni. I ordered the cake, but when I went for it, they didn’t know what kind of cake it was. It was subsequently revealed that the order had in principle been placed but not received. According to them, the day of the cake order when it is taken over does not check that everything is there. My phone number was given down, they didn't call me in any trouble. I'm disappointed. There were 2 cakes to choose from and I got a 20% discount on it. Unfortunately, this cannot be better appreciated.

Előttünk egy idős pár vásárolt, a néni kintről jött vissza a férjéhez a már megkapott fagyival, (amikor ő még éppen fizetett), hogy ez nem az, amit ő kért. Kiderült, hogy igaza volt, kék szőlőt kapott. A pultos a gombócot levette a fagyiról és visszahúzta a kanállal a többi közé majd rakott a helyére egyet a kívánt gombócból. Az idős hölgy mondta a férjének ekkor, hogy "de hát én abba már belenyaltam". Mikor mi soron következtünk udvariasan felhívtam fizetés közben a kiszolgáló figyelmét, hogy a hölgy már belenyalt a fagyiba, azt nem biztos hogy a többihez kellene visszatenni. Ekkor elég flegma felháborodott választ kaptam, hogy kifogjuk majd szedni, de ameddig jönnek a vevők addig ki kell szolgálni őket. Ugyan annyi lett volna a kukába vagy a mosogatóba helyezni azt a gombócot, főleg nem azzal a kanállal amivel mindenkinek szednek. Ezt végignézve nagyon komoly higiénia aggályok támadtak bennem, és értelmezni sem tudtam az arrogáns választ, főleg, hogy udvariasan és diszkréten jeleztük a hibát. We thought we'd stop for an ice cream today. An old couple bought in front of us, the aunt came back to her husband from outside with the ice cream she had already received, (when she was still paying) that this was not what she had asked for. Turns out he was right, he got blue grapes. The bartender took the dumplings off the ice cream and pulled them back with the spoon, then put one of the dumplings in place. The old lady told her husband at the time, "but I've already licked it." When it was our turn that I politely drew the server’s attention during payment to the fact that the lady had already swallowed the ice cream, I wasn’t sure it should be returned to the others. At that point, I got enough phlegmatic outrageous responses that we would catch to take, but as long as the customers come they will have to serve them. It would have been the same to put that scoop in the trash or in the sink, especially not with the spoon they take with everyone. Looking at this, I had very serious hygiene concerns, and I couldn’t even interpret the arrogant response, especially that we signaled the error politely and discreetly.

It is a nice place inside, simple but clean. ?very good location: at underground M4 Bikás park station. ?you can pay with cash or by card ?you can sit inside ?they serve you fast ?they have lots of marzipan figures and they make cakes ? if you need ?they have a lot of cakes and sweets that you can choose ?they serve at least 5 different flavored hot chocolate ☺️? ?nice service: you order at the counter but then they bring it to your table ?it is not expensive, regular prices. ?we tried: ?white and dark hot chocolate ? with cream and caramel on the top ? ahh it was very good. Not like cocoa drink, it was creamy enough ?somloi sponge cake and a french “krèmes”. Both of them were very good.
