Sírját a salgótarjáni Tájak-Korok-Múzeumok Klub Egyesülete gondozza. Az Egyesület és Salgótarján Önkormányzata minden évben március 15-én színvonalas megemlékezés keretében koszorúzza meg a szabadságharcos sírját.
 This small cemetery is located in the village of Somoskő belonging to Salgótarján, with several old tombs. This is where Captain István Somoskeőy, the hero of the 1848 Revolution, rests. The tomb is maintained by the Salgótarján Landscape-Age-Museum Club Association. The Association and the Municipality of Salgótarján wreathe a warrior's grave on 15 March each year as part of a high-quality commemoration.
