I brought them back with my Xperia Z3 compact phone display color 3x, and they managed to make the display so that it didn't get discolored. They said they had a problem with the display series, so..Why do you put one in it? Trash is the series. Otherwise, the staff were very nice, the order, the cleanliness, the waiting room cultivated. Unfortunately, the opening hours are not very human and the building is behind the god.

It was a very pleasant disappointment :) it was garis administration. They listened patiently to my admiration, were informed in detail, and were kind throughout. The end result: not only was the problem solved, but the scratched parts were also replaced, plus a firmware update, I thought I was holding a new phone in my hand :) I had it all in a week. Although all my service stories would be like this!

If it were -10 stars, I would give it! My Sony Xperia Z1 Compact phone is broken and its battery is broken. Since its warranty had expired, I replaced the battery, but it didn't get good after that, so I sent it to the official sony xperia mobile service center. Initially, the Gls courier service picked up my mobile as a package, then lost it, it came out after 1 month. Plus the service sat on it for 1 month to see what was wrong, I wrote to them to bring the phone, take it to someone else, and just pretended back and forth and calm down and wait. They had a very hard time writing their price offer, they think the battery needs to be replaced (which was completely new) because it was done incorrectly and unauthorizedly and they will do it for 36 thousand forints. When used, the phone would be flawless for approx. 15 thousand, so I didn’t accept it and chose to recycle it. This means that usable parts are taken out of the phone and the remainder is re-installed and repaired. I have never met such a disgusting band in my life !!

Thanks for everything! Kindness, helpfulness, and the "new" phone. The gps did not work. It was a major replacement. :-) My device was away for a week and a half, this is for everyone to decide for themselves whether it is a lot or a little. The customers were very kind, at my request they re-installed the repaired phone, sim, sd card, I received advice on a new telo. Although, I had so many problems with the Z3 copmact telomino anyway that I might still be waiting for a replacement. Don't even call them on the phone, I don't know where you can ring, but not at customer service! No more phone numbers are written on the worksheet, just fax numbers.

I brought in my Xperia Z2 smartphone because the screen broke. They said they would ask for and send me a price quote, if I didn't accept it I would have to pay a certain amount for the investigation fee. Of course I went into it, I thought it was going to happen and if it did I would pay it. After a week I received an email, the price was a couple of thousand forints from the price of the new Z2. Of course, that's not why I go into it. I asked that my phone be returned. It was very difficult for me to travel to their shop in a small corner of the city during their impossible opening hours. They asked me for money first on the phone. When it was delivered in pieces, the backside was not glued back. Then they sorted it out, but it's understandable if I'm not willing to pay any fees for it. I thought it was over here. I called another service and told me I could take the phone the next day. Even before I took it home I wanted to make it to charger to see if they did any more damage to the device. Unfortunately they did !! The other day, they told the other service that the back panel was not factory, probably replaced, and that the motherboard was too damaged to charge. I got an extra 10 forints to fix even these. Adding to that, half of my service costs on the cordon would have been just a replacement of the display, with factory parts and a warranty of 3 hours. People Avoid This Company!
