The first small village church was probably built as a family church in the 12th century. in the last quarter of the 20th century on the site of today's sanctuary. It has been rebuilt and rebuilt several times throughout history. It was remodeled in the Romanesque style in the 1230s, with a long shrine, a tower, and a lined gate with carved columns and arches.

A tiny church that has preserved some elements from the Árpádian era. It is unfortunately closed during the day, so you can only see it from the outside, but even so, you can discover some interesting details. A five-minute stop is definitely worth it for those who are a little interested in the topic, but of course it is not a special attraction for the average tourist.

I aimed at the wedge of the center, the church squeaking with a tower 24 meters high. Nothing special is a beautiful example of the dozen Baroque. It became suspicious that the cipher plaster was missing at the bottom. I wonder why? Deliberately, as I approached the church, he became more and more exposed to its uniqueness and rarities. I remembered the lace of Halasi and Ják from the braids of the lined gate of the entrance. What? The baroque sityak covers the most beautiful Romanesque and Gothic. As I later learned, the ancestor of this church dates back to the 12th century. century. There was an 11-meter-long, 7.5-meter-wide stone-built church here. Whether this belonged to the Premontrees or just to the Oslo clan will be debated by many and for a long time to come. It was later continuously expanded. After the Tartar invasion, much of the church (thankfully not the main gate) was rebuilt in Gothic style. Barely 300 years later, it was destroyed by the Turks. The XVIII. century was Baroque. Thanks to Ödön Dümmerling and László Marosi, relics of Romanesque and Gothic were unearthed during the renovation between 1956-60. Passing through the lacy main gate, a wonderland unfolds before us. The church is worth opening, don't regret that short party until the guardian of the key arrives! I learned a lot from the enthusiastic brother, e.g. that 4 bells “reside” in the tower. The monument faithfully shows the changes of successive ages, a really interesting sight.
