Best Supermarket in Hungary

J	Jérôme L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful... it closes at 8:00 pm on saturdays (written on the door) but if you arrive at 19:57 they don't let you in.... Opening hours for a supermarket states the last time you can enter inside, not the real closing time.... as they act like this you can't know when is the last time you can really enter the supermarket. So if it's late you should ideally go somewhere else. You have much more chances to have the last minute stuff you needed than here.
M	Márton András Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of produce and products with a great assortment of fresh meat at the butchers counter. In rush hours they are understaffed especially at the cash register, so expect a lengthy wait in a queue.

They might be understaffed, bc service is very ineffective and this has a visible impact on customer experience: Always long queues and waiting times, no self checkout option to decrease pressure on cashiers.

They have a hot meal stand, they bake their own bread and rolls, and the staff is nice, they remember returning customers. The prices are good, not inflated like some other markets in the vicinity. And the queues are usually long but keep moving. My favourite supermarket in the 9th district.

A	Amine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The variety of products is good and the big store is kept organised, but my big draw down happened when I used the self checkout. Dear customers, don't use the self checkout payment terminals, one of them blocked right when I payed with my card, even though the transaction was successful from my bank and I got debited. The real problem started when the old lady assistant insisted on making me pay again and checked my products again in another machine instead of solving the problem or checking if it was already paid, and she got mad when I showed her my bank statement for the transaction I just did. Then they lied to my face saying the bank is gonna charge me only once because the first one will be refunded. I rarely go there, and when I do, I avoid the checkout machines at all costs, anyway the cashiers are very sympathetic.
G	Giulia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good branch for daily shopping. Valid discounts on expiring items. A wide variety of freshly baked goods and cooked meats is also available. Most of the times there are long queues at the tills, a self checkout would help!
K	K. Buvar-Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice clean store. Lots of half ready and ready food choices. Large vegetable selection. Many fruits as well. Even ginger roots are available. It is located in a tourist friendly section of Budapest. Best access is trans number four and six.
