C'è scritto aperto H24 ma alle 23:50 era chiuso. Tutto acceso, i dipendenti dentro ma le porte non si aprivano. Poi ci fanno cenno da dentro che è chiuso. Allora cosa scrivete a fare H24? La gente cerca su internet un alimentari aperto, prende il bus , si fa la strada restante a piedi e poi arrivi e trovi chiuso? Pessimo!

It was an extremely disgusting case of misbehavior and neglect of a client from by OMV and Spar Express staff. I had ordered a carafe for my coffee machine and it was sent by Express One courier delivery to OMV gas station. Pick up reception is done by Spar Express and OMV staff. That day I was not in Budapest and my relative have come to pick it up. They have given the parcel, but demanded to pay before opening. Sounds strange to me, but he paid and when he opened the glass jug was completely broken. The staff was smiling like hecks in hell. It was like they knew the glass coffee jug is broken (they might broke it) and that is why they demanded cash upfront before opening. Next funny thing happened they have forgot English completely and were almost laughing from my relative, who is a well-educated person and know English and German both and could use any of two languages. He has even translated in Google translator to Hungarian that he demands cash back, but only smiles from all. Staff pretended they cannot even read and understand nothing. When I arrived back to Budapest I could not believe in all that and went there myself. Well, I saw this all myself. They took their commission for this service, have not given any support in the case of total loss of cash for purchase and laugh, despite cash was paid on their “table”. Moreover, one man out of them was almost provoking me to a fight. Well, I am not an animal and have not responded to that provocation. I will not leave it like that and will visit OMV office, Star Express office, Express One office and will see if there are any human beings with respect to their customers!
