Best Rock climbing gym in Hungary

L	Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only reviewing from a bouldering perspective... Easy to get in for newcomers and fairly cheap, the routes in the boulder room are very difficult to figure out and the grading system is very simple(4 colours so hard to tell what's good for you), majority of the room is overhang type stuff too so not great for beginners
L	Lauren Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy enough to get to, friendly staff, nice selection for more advanced climbers. Having only climbed in the UK before I found the ratings different and much much harder. Also if you are a beginner and not Hungarian then the instruction on belaying isn't super thorough, so better to partner up with someone more advanced as there were only two auto-belays. Bouldering was nearly impossible, all very difficult courses. Not quite what I was hoping for as a novice but suited for others I'm sure!

You can find a wide variety of walls to climb, ranging from the easiest to the most difficult ones, as well as training equipment in the back. They provide any tool for rent, if you are a beginner. The lockers are OK, which you get besides the entry ticket. The showers could be more modern, but they are altogether not that bad, and are clean.

D	Daniel Šemnický on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst climbing gym all of Hungary/Slovakia/Czech for that money I have even been at :/ .... There is so much dust/chalk everywhere it seems like nobody is taking care of those holds (needs cleaning like everywhere else they do!) We wanted to try a new gym in BUD but can tell you for sure....that BigWall in BUD is much better than this one. On the upper floor in a boulder area there are balls of dirt and hairs on the floor... Like what??!! Normally if we go somewhere to climb spend there couple of hours....here....after an hour....we just wanted to leave to be honest :) P.S. do not forget a?...not sure if you have to pay for it (but guys in a changing room told me that 300huf)....but on the reception they did not give me any....fortunately I had mine.
