M	Mate O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ szerettem volna vasarolni egy uj szurot egy regebbi kozpontiporszivohoz. a weboldalukon az lathato hogy 13 db van raktaron abbol a tipusbol ami nekem kellett volna. kesobb kiderult hogy abbol egy darab sincs es a kollega egy masik szurot ajanlott ami termeszetesen a rossz meret volt. ezutan egy het alatt a gyartot hivogatjak hogy rajojjenek hogy az amit eladtak az tenyleg nem a jo meret. es persze a weboldalon sehol nincsenek feltuntetve a meretek nehogy tul egyszeru legyen.. komolytalan hozza nem erto tarsasag ezek alapjan... Válaszoltak a cégtől: én vagyok a hibás mert fordítva akartam behelyezni.. nagyon jó BRAVÓ! Kár hogy rossz típust adtak el és nem nem azért volt mert “fordítva” helyeztem be. Annyira jó amikor egy cég ennyire megalázza magát egy ilyen válasszal és egy gyenge próbálkozással, hogy az ügyfélre kenje az egészet, szégyen! i wanted to buy a new strainer for an older central vacuum cleaner. on their website you can see that there are 13 pieces in stock of the type that I should have. later it turned out that not a single piece of it and my colleague suggested another filter which was of course the wrong size. then in a week I invite the manufacturer to make sure that what they sold isn't really the right size. and of course the dimensions are not indicated anywhere on the website so that it is not too simple. frivolous brings not strong company based on them ... They answered from the company: I am at fault because I wanted to insert the other way around .. very good BRAVÓ! It’s a shame they sold the wrong type and it wasn’t because I inserted it “the other way around”. It’s so good when a company humbles itself so much with such a response and a weak attempt to spread the whole thing to the customer, shame!

A helyszínen nem tudták javítani a kaput, ezzel sem volt probléma, hiszen nem lehet mindenféle motorhoz alkatrész a szerelőnél... Az értékelés után felvették velem a kapcsolatot, tisztáztuk a helyzetet és 4 napon belül elhárították a hibát. A szakember hétvégén is vállalta a munkát, profin megoldott mindent, újra működik a kapu, ráadásul felkészült a lehetséges egyéb javításokra, felvett minden adatot a kapuról, hogy a szükséges alkatrészek miatt ne kelljen újra kijönni. Sokszor tapasztaltam, hogy a hasonló cégeket nem érdeklik az ügyfelek visszajelzései. Nekik számít, hogy az ügyfél elégedett legyen és én az is vagyok. The specialist also took on the work over the weekend, professionally solved everything, the gate works again, in addition he prepared for possible other repairs, recorded all the information about the gate so that he did not have to come out again due to the necessary parts. I have found many times that similar companies are not interested in customer feedback. It matters to them that the customer is satisfied and so am I.

A beüzemelés néhány hét után lett esedékes, sajnos a garanciát érvényesíteni kellett. Addig, és az után is segítőkészek voltak, minden gördülékenyen ment. Nagyon ajánlott üzlet. I bought a Hormann sliding gate motor online. Everything went well on time. Commissioning was due in a few weeks, unfortunately the warranty had to be enforced.
