A diszpécser hölgy viszont kedves és segítőkész volt, de ettől még nem volt csomag. Később megkerült és megkaptam. Köszi szépen! Instead of being brought out, the package was returned to the sender. When I inquired the next day, the courier did not pick up the phone. That is annoying. The dispatcher lady, on the other hand, was kind and helpful, but there was no package for that yet. He bypassed it later and I got it. Thank you very much!

Minden rendben ment, sőt még telefonszámot (és nevet is) kaptam tőle, ha én szeretnék küldeményt feladni :) Csak ajánlani tudom őket mindenkinek. Korrektek, segítőkészek és nem kapkodnak, mint sok ember manapság! Now it occurred to me that they had recently brought out my Voda phone. Everything went fine, I even got a phone number (and a name) from him if I wanted to post a shipment :) I can only recommend them to everyone. They are fair, helpful and not in a hurry like many people today!

Külföldi webáruházból rendelt termék belföldön való kézbesítéséért feleltek, SE egy emailt, SE egy SMS-t nem kaptam. Napokig azt sem tudtuk, ki fogja kiszállítani, mert semmiféle értesítést nem adtak. A webáruház mondta, hogy őket kell keresni, az ő rendszerükben úgy szerepelt, hogy több napon át megpróbálták kézbesíteni a csomagot, sikertelenül - mi végig itthon voltunk. Az ügyfélszolgálatos segítőkész volt, az ő nyomására másnap már kaptunk üzenetet a kiszállításról (érdekes, eddig miért nem?!), de a futár ahogy becsengetett egyből (!) elhajtott a háztól, a férjem úgy szaladt utána az utcán! Ami még koronázta az egészet pedig az, hogy a vihogó kis futársrác mellett ott ücsörgött a civil haverja. Úgy tudom, ez alaphangon szabálysértés. Megírtam a cégnek mindezt, várva legalább egy bocsánatkérést, de egy hónap alatt nem sikerült reagálniuk, tehát gondolom még csak nem is szégyellik, ha csak így ignorálják az egészet. The most unreliable courier company I have ever met. I highly recommend it to anyone! They were responsible for the domestic delivery of the product ordered from a foreign web store, SE I did not receive an email, SE I did not receive an SMS. For days, we didn’t even know who was going to ship it because no notice was given. The web store said they had to be searched, their system featured trying to deliver the package for several days, unsuccessfully - we were home all along. The customer service was helpful, under his pressure we already received a message about the delivery the next day (interesting, why not ?!), but the courier as soon as he rang (!) Drove away from the house, my husband ran after him down the street! What even crowned it all was that his civilian buddy was sitting next to the giggling little courier guy. I know this is a basic violation. I wrote all this to the company, waiting for at least one apology, but they failed to respond in a month, so I guess they’re not even ashamed if they just ignore it all that way.
2	206_GARAGE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagy méretű, vagy nehéz csomagok szállítását a Sprinter futár viszi a legolcsóbban! Hátrány, hogy csak 14 óráig van csomagfelvétel! Valamint a személyes tapasztalatom, hogy nem annyira vigyáznak a csomagok épségére, mint a konkurens csomagszállítók. Delivery of large or heavy packages is carried by the Sprinter courier at the cheapest price! The downside is that there is only 14 hours of package pick-up! As well as my personal experience that they don’t care as much about the integrity of packages as competing parcel carriers.
B	Bernát Lisztes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 munkanapja csücsül a csomagom a 10 km-re lévő depóban, az ügyfélszolgálat tájékoztatása szerint mindig holnap fogják kiszállítani. Nem sikerült. Az már csak hab a tortán, hogy olyan pontra tudtam rendelni, ami éppen nem üzemel (5 hetes felújítás miatt), kíváncsi lettem volna (nem), hogy mikor és hogy szerettek volna erről tájékoztatni. Miután ez kiderült, átkértem egy másik csomagpontra, amely után következett az ígérgetés, hogy majd holnap. A i-re a pont pedig az, hogy a csomagkövetés szerint múlthét a várható kiszállítás... azért 2 csillag, mert a telefonos ügyfélszolgálatosok legalább kedvesek voltak, habár nem túl informatívak vagy szavahihetőek. Ja a csomagom még nem jött meg, lehet lesz még folytatás sajnos. My package is 4 working days at the depot 10 km away, according to the customer service they will always be delivered tomorrow. Failed. It’s just icing on the cake that I was able to order a point that isn’t working right now (due to a 5-week renovation), I would have wondered (no) when and how they wanted to be informed. After it turned out, I switched to another packing point, which was followed by the promise that it would be tomorrow. And the point for the i is that according to the parcel tracking, the expected delivery may be gone ... 2 stars because the telephone customer service representatives were at least kind, although not very informative or credible. Oh my package hasn’t arrived yet, there may be more to continue unfortunately.
