We called several times before coming, we checked their site and seemed the place was open, so we drove here half an hour and we we arrived the staff told us there was a private event, so it's close. I must add he wasn't very kind. It seemed to me a bit unprofessional and not very welcoming. As per the wine and food, as we didn't have the chance to taste it I can't evaluate it. My 2-star rating is based only on how they received us and rejected us, after we drove here, because they had a private event. Fair enough, but next time please advertise somewhere that it's closed so people don't make the trip here. Thank you!

The garden is too dark after sunset. Polite waiters without match problem solving abilities. Good, quiet green environment. Food is ok.

Very nice , but more than a winery it´s a restaurant. Not sure if we were lucky but all evening there was a live music. House wine was standard and food was delicious. You can see a huge investment around.

Authentic Hungarian Winery with gourmet food selection. The menu speaks for itself ,make no mistake this is wine lovers heaven. Friendly staff speaks fluent english! Try what the Chef recommends, you'll be amazed! Highly recommended restaurant/winery for all ages

We stopped by for a glass of wine but stayed for an early dinner. Generous portions of mouthwatering Hungarian delicacies on a top of the best wines in the region. Live music on the weekends, not sure if they could make this any better, it was simply perfect for us. We'll be back for sure!

Let me start with the positives. Its a beautiful location, indoors and outdoors. Lovely terrace and even their own fountain. The food is great too, compliments to the cook for preparing a lovely duck with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. The service however is terrible. When we arrived I was told there were no places left, but we could wait for 20-30 minutes and "sit somewhere else". After seeing other people cutting the line we decided to also claim a spot, service was not managing the queue at all. Once we sat down our order was taken. One out of 5 drinks was forgotten, we had to ask for the plates for the mixed grill, we ordered french fries instead of baked potatoes, but still got the fries. We asked for mayonaise, also not delivered. No apology, no "enjoy your meal", not even a smile. When we asked for it it still did not come and we just gave up. At no point could we order additional drinks. When trying to ask for the bill the waitress looked me right in the face but did not say anything like "I'll be right with you sir" or something like that. I then decided to walk to the bar and pay there. No question asked (did you enjoy your meal, was everything OK etc) just the number to be paid. After paying I was handed the receipt without any thank you, despite the standard service tariff they charge. They did not even look at me. At that point my ears were steaming and I walked out. I spoke to my family about the latest customer experience, while noticing the general manager right behind me. He noticed for sure but again, no word from him either. With the right manager, this can be fixed quickly and be more profitable. Such a waste of a good chef in the kitchen.
