Mikor odaértünk, közölték velünk, hogy az 50% csak akkor jár, ha a telefonban mondjuk, hogy a hirdetésre jelentkeztünk. Mondtuk, hogy mi telefonon jelentkeztünk be, és kérdeztük, hogy ez a feltétel le van-e írva a hirdetésben? Szerintük igen, szerintünk nem, a csatolt screenshoton látható. De annyira buták voltak, hogy így elengedtek két vevőt, nulla bevétel, ami látván, hogy alig volt előjegyezve a naptárukban mosás, elég ostoba hozzáállás. Kínomban csak röhögni tudok… soha többet, bármelyik konkurencia jobb. Well, we called today because we saw the ad that 50% of the day is today. We even checked in with two cars. Az egy dolog, hogy letört az ablaktörlőm mosás közben, balesetek előfordulnak és fel is ajánlották, hogy kifizetik. Teljesen korrektek voltak és emiatt nem is írnék értékelést. Viszont hazafelé ahogy sütött a nap kiderült, hogy a szélvédőt nem takarították le rendesen, a műszerfalhoz pedig hozzá se nyúltak (külső-belső csomagot kértem). A Star Wash jó, de a Greshambe többet nem jövök. I have washed several times here and in another Star Wash, I have always been satisfied. I have also recommended the place to everyone until now. The one thing is that my wiper broke while washing, accidents happen and I was offered to pay. They were completely correct and for that reason I would not even write an evaluation. On the way home, however, as the sun was shining, it turned out that the windshield had not been cleaned properly and had not touched the dashboard (I asked for an exterior-interior package). Star Wash is good, but I'm not coming to Gresham anymore.
