★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klasszikus kockás terítős vendéglő, ha ilyesmire vágyunk, vagy nincs más opció a közelben, számba vehető.
Régi vágású berendezés, étlap és személyzet, minden bejáratott, semmi meglepetés.
A tányérok gyorsan jönnek, olajozottan működik a rendszer.
Érdekes ízű, de ízletes medvehagymakrém leves, korrekt hús- és tárkonyos csirkeragu leves.
Otthonosan mozog a hely a sous vide-ban, több tétel is alternatíva lehet, a csirkemellre esett a választás, a meglepően kissé száraz kivitelezéstől eltekintve ízre rendben volt, az adag lehetne nagyobb, a püré házi, a cékla bolti, semmi cicó.
A desszertek is hasonló színvonalon mozogtak, ízletes guba, de ordít egy kis sodóert, az amúgy finom és dícséretesen házi tejszínhab sem menti meg a nedvességtartalmat, finom túrógombóc, feledhető, biztonsági császármorzsa.
Inflálódott, de korrekt árfekvés, hangulatos 1,5 óra és ennek okán felfelé kerekített, 4/5-ös verdikt.
 A restaurant with a classic checkered tablecloth, if you want something like that, or there is no other option nearby, you can consider it.
Old-fashioned equipment, menu and staff, all run in, no surprises.
The plates come quickly, the system is oiled.
Interesting but delicious shallot cream soup with fair meat and tarragon chicken soup.
The place in the sous vide moves at home, several items could be an alternative, the choice fell on the chicken breast, apart from the surprisingly slightly dry finish, the taste could be bigger, the portion could be homemade, the beet shop, nothing kitty.
The desserts were of a similar standard, delicious dough, but a little soda roar, the otherwise delicious and commendably homemade whipped cream does not save moisture, delicious cottage cheese dumplings, forgettable, safety emperor crumbs.
Inflationary but fair price range, cozy 1.5 hours and a rounded up 4/5 verdict for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by for dinner, very few people, ordered some food which was okay, but made the mistake to pay cash, gave the waiter 20000 he gave me back from 10, and disappeared..After a while I found him, he only said, it’s his mistake, no apologies, nothing..So, just be careful, this is the oldest trick in the business, so old that I already forgot it, but I guess it’s still in fashion at Stubli..
