★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to book a line but after question do you speak English manager just declined the call,and after he was ignoring my calls from this number. We called from another number and he took the phone but he was keeping silence because probably he understood that it can be me. And when I started to talk he declined the call again! Crazy!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're half-serious about the game, opt for a different location. Parking is insanely horrid, parallel kids birthdays, mediocre food services, weirdly "tip-pressured" to depend on waiters; they won't hand you a single drink at the bar, but insist on bringing it to your lane. If you want the kids to try the game for the first time, then it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pin machine routinely got screwed up and would not advance to the next player. I didn’t see any option to select your own balls. No staff came by to clean up glasses from previous players. Good shoe selection though and the bathrooms were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for a two hour bowling session with 10 of our friends, but upon arrival we found out there was a mixup with our booking. I had a confirmation from 7pm, but for some reason in their system was booked in from 8pm. The staff gave us two billiard tables for the hour we had to wait and then we ended up playing 2 hours and 45 minutes, but got charged for two hours only. They were really apologetic and handled the situation extremely well, we'll be going back in the future for sure.
