★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassú, körülményes nem foglalkozik az ügyféllel. Irány a földszint, mister mint, kb 2 perc alatt megoldotta a cipzár problémám.
Slow, cumbersome does not deal with the client. Head to the ground floor, mister like, in about 2 minutes solved the zipper problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az itt leadott ruhák mindig a megadott határidőre elkészülnek a megbeszéltek szerint. Azt tapasztalom, hogy egyre több munkájuk van, ezért egyre hosszabb határidőre tudnak vállalni. Cipzár csere, felvarrás, átszabás, farmerjavítás, bármivel elboldogulnak.
The clothes submitted here will always be ready by the specified deadline as agreed. I find that they have more and more work, so they can take on longer and longer deadlines. Zipper replacement, sewing, tailoring, jeans repair, they can do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon érdeklődtem, hogy megoldható-e a vízálló cipzár csere, azt mondták méret függő, hozzam el a kabátot és kiderül.
Személyesen kiderül, hogy egy darab sincs, semmilyen méretben. Még le is adtam volna, hogy hátha beszerzik, de majd akkor lesz, ha én hozok.
Ezt telefonon is lehetett volna közölni, hogy ne menjek potyára. Tisztességtelen, hogy arra játszik valaki, hogy, ha már úgyis itt vagy jó lesz helyette más is.
On the phone I wondered if a waterproof zipper replacement could be arranged, they said size dependent, I would bring my jacket and it turns out.
Personally, it turns out that not a single one, in any size. I would have even given up to see if they would get it, but it would be when I bring it.
This could have been communicated over the phone so I wouldn’t go to bed. It’s unfair for someone to play that if you’re already here anyway you’ll be good instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem mindennapos kéréssel es ruhával fordultam hozzájuk. Előre megbeszélt időre, meglepetés költség és csúszás nélkül végeztek, vártnál szebb, jobb minőségben, ráadásul a munkadíj is reális volt. Elégedett vásárló vagyok, nyugodt szívvel ajánlom másnak is!
I did not turn to them with everyday requests and clothes. They were done for a pre-arranged time, without surprise cost and slippage, nicer than expected, in better quality, plus the pay was realistic. I am a satisfied customer, I recommend it to others with a calm heart!
