Megjavították öt perc alatt.A külső hőmérséklet mérő hibáját nem vettem észre.Visszamentem,a válasz az volt,hogy nem nyúltak hozzá,jó pénzért megjavítják.Egy használt autó árát hagytam ott a biztosítási összeggel együtt- egy nem megfelelő autóért. Mondhatnám,hogy vicces,de nem az. Meggondolatlan voltam,hogy megbíztam bennük. Körmendi Zsolt volt a karosszéria tanácsadó. Még arra is vetemedtek,hogy,mikor bevittem az autót,felhívtak a központból,hogy elégedett vagyok-e a javítással,mikor még hozzá sem értek. GOOGLE népe,szánjatok rá két percet ! Azonnal vihették, azonnal 2 órán belül megcsinálták és nem kellett fizetnem. Jobban örültem van ha nem kell az időmet ezzel tölteni, de korrekt megoldás volt. G	Gábor Berán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos semmilyen tekintetben nem tudok elégedetten nyilatkozni a Suzuki szalonról és szervizről. Biztosítós kárjavítás, garanciális szerviz és sima szervizen volt bent az Ignis Sportom. Egyetlen emailemre nem válaszoltak, nehéz írásbeli bizonyítékkal alátámasztani a negatív élményeket. A javított karosszériaelem nincs a pontos helyén és más színű is, a futóművet a szerviz után el kellett vinnem máshova, hogy kijavítsák és beállítsák rendesen. Már az átvételkor láttam a hibákat de annyira ellenszenves lvolt végig az ügyfélkezelésük, hogy nem álltam le reklamálni hogy aztán újra otthagyhassam az autót. Inkább lenyeltem mindent és kijavíttattak máshol sok pénzért, csak hogy soha az életben többet be ne kelljen ide tennem a lábam. Sajnálom, az autómat nagyon szeretem... ezt a céget nagyon NEM! This is the right place to buy a car in BP!
