Heteket kellett várnom még időpontot kaptam egy egyszerű On Call szolgáltatás meghosszabbítására. Miután bevittem az autót, közölték egy hiba lépett fel és nincs idejük megoldást keresni, úgy, hogy kifizetteték velem a munkadíjat és a szoftvert is. Végül nekem kellett megoldanom a problémát, mivel időpontot ismét csak hetekkel később tudtak adni. Fél óra alatt sikerült megoldanom a problémát és már csak egy 4 jegyű PIN kód kellett tőlük. Felhívtam őket és megígérték, hogy még aznap küldik. Vártam órákat, nem jött semmi, majd mikor felhívtam pénteken a szervízt azt mondták 16:40-kor, hogy már nincs bent senki és próbálkozzak hétfőn.

I had to wait weeks to get an appointment to extend a simple On Call service. After I brought in the car, they reported an error and had no time to find a solution, so they paid me for the labor and the software as well. In the end, I had to solve the problem because they could only make an appointment weeks later. I managed to solve the problem in half an hour and all I needed was a 4-digit PIN code. I called them and promised to send them that day. I waited for hours, nothing came and then when I called the service on Friday they said at 16:40 that there was no one left and I would try on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just say that two days after they filled up the break fluid, I had to refill it because the car issued a warning that I should stop immediately - for the lack of break fluid. Perhaps in the past, the service was great, but as of 2019, forget it.
