Az autókereskedő kicsit tudálékos és szerinte a világ legjobb autója a Ford. Tudjuk hogy messziről sem. Very poor supply .... which the trader cannot do. Szerencsénkre egy kedves, udvarias és szakértő kereskedőt fogtunk ki, Szomor úrat. Neki köszönhetően sikerült döntenünk. (Hála az égnek nem a kollégáját, mert ha ő hozzá kerülünk, nem hiszem, hogy sokáig ott lettünk volna! Az udvariatlan egy mondata amit hozzánk fűzött elég volt. ) Fordot veszünk! Először az összeget közli, majd, miután rákérdeztem annak az összetevőire, közli a munkafelvevő: "Azt hittem, tudja, hogy 30 ezres szervizre hagyta itt az autót..." Service personnel was not careful with auto parts - let it drop while a single screw was holding the engine undertray cover. Motorcraft checklist was not performed: customer has revealed the issues instead. Shellak oil is mentioned on invoice, and advocates Castrol oil. In reality an unlabelled white flask was used to pour in some unidentified oil. Lacks customer focus: becomes defensive when customer raises issues or has recommendation. Doesn't respect customer''s personal schedule.
