Rendeltem egy autót 90 napot vártam rá, állítólag adminisztratív okokból nem lett az a szín. Választanom kellett másikat, 5 féléből, de semelyik nem volt igazán a vágyam. Én elefántcsont / feketét rendeltem. A várakozási időszak alatt a kommunikáció csak unszolásra valósult meg, többszöri újra és újra rákérdezésekre kaptam csak választ, visszahívást ígértek, nem tették meg. Kaptam kárpótlásul téligumi garnitúrát, de akkor sem az a szín lett, amit én megrendeltem, és amire vártam. Az autó beszerzésének semelyik fázisáról nem jött automatikusan értesítés, kommunikáció. Nem vagyok elégedett, csalódtam. Soha nem lesz többé új autóm, és a pénzemért nem tudtam azt kapni, amiért fizettem, és amire TÖBB MINT 90 napot vártam. Nem ajánlott kereskedés. Végtelenül csalódott vagyok. Most fóliáztatom az autót, hogy megközelítőleg olyan lehessen, amilyet szerettem volna. Pozitívum az volt, hogy vonattal mentünk (logisztikai okokból), és kijöttek elénk a vasútállomásra, és mind ezt szombaton. Ennyi. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The relationship started well, but it didn't end well. I ordered a car and waited 90 days for it, supposedly for administrative reasons it didn't turn out to be the color. I had to choose another one out of 5, but none was really my desire. I ordered ivory / black. During the waiting period, communication was done only for solace, I was repeatedly asked for answers repeatedly, they promised to call back, they did not. I got a winter tire set as a reward, but it wasn't the color I ordered and what I expected. There was no automatic notification or communication of any phase of the car purchase. I'm not happy, I was disappointed. I will never have a new car again and for my money I could not get what I paid for and waited for more than 90 days. No trading recommended. I'm extremely disappointed. Now I'm wrapping the car to be about what I wanted it to be. The positive thing was that we went by train (for logistical reasons) and came to the train station and all this on Saturday. That's it.

Egy kedves szervizes kolléga bevitt a feleségemmel minket a városközpontba, ahol egy nagyszerű kávé és sütemény mellett várhattuk meg a javítást. Korrekt áron, precízen végzett papírmunkával együtt adták vissza az autót. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. I went to change Vitara automatic transmission oil. The agreed date was held. A nice service colleague and my wife took us to the city center, where we could wait for the repair with a great coffee and cake. The car was returned at the right price, along with precise paperwork. I can only recommend it to everyone.
