I bought a quality product at a good price. The contact, on the other hand, is very poor, the clerk is kind both in person and on the phone, but he is alone, he was very difficult to pick up the phone, he seemed overwhelmed.

I ordered a product then the opening hours were 8-16. The order letter ranged from 10 to 18. And the listing was 9-17 when I smeared the door in the morning ... and google said 10-16 ... A little funny ... Their web page was inaccessible too ...

Finally a store with real stock. After a ton of stores that only exist on the web and are available from abroad in two weeks, it is a real refreshment. Even if something isn’t in stock at the moment, there’s a good chance you’ll get it the next day.

Correct place, kind service. It was predicted when the missing product would be expected, which really did happen in the end. For larger orders, they seemed a little scattered.

I ordered a stock product on Tuesday. I thought the email would come on Wednesday morning, so I could go for it, it was very loose anyway. Well no, after closing, they were honored to report half an hour later. From Thursday I don't know how to go for it because it's the end of the year and my calendar is full. No, I'll buy it at the competition.

The product was "in principle" in stock in 16 days. In principle, the product could have been delivered in 2 days, but since I did not receive it after 1 week, I called the customer service, who informed me that an administrative error had occurred and the requested goods were still out of stock, but I was promised to deliver the package within 2 days. Unfortunately, this was again followed by several days of waiting. After 2 weeks, I called the customer service lady again who let me know that I could have the package with me the next day. After 16 days, the package arrived. DURING THIS DURATION I WERE NEVER ASKED FOR A FORGIVENESS OR THANK YOU FOR MY PATIENCE !!! They did not reply to emails and never voluntarily sought to be notified of the delay. It was only after several phone calls that I was able to reach the company. I would add that I only visited this webshop due to the short delivery time, but I already regret it, because I would have received the product cheaper in two other webshops (also with cheaper delivery), with just 1 day longer lead time (now I regret that I didn't want 3 wait a day, which eventually became 16 ...). Summary: inadequate information, 0 contact with the customer, long delivery time, expensive delivery

I wanted to take an online order. During opening hours, at half past four, I found a closed door. The lights were on the open board was outside.
