Messziről nézve is életveszélyesnek tűnik. Sajnálatos, hogy ennyire nem foglalkoznak vele, pedig a település egyik fontos történelmi emléke, amire a helyiek méltán lehetnének büszkék. Az épület neoreneszánsz stílusban épült, görögkereszt alaprajzú, centrális építmény. A bejárati homlokzat hat előlépcsőn álló négy ión oszlopból, felette timpanonból áll. A timpanonban a Szapáry család kőcímere látható. In 1878, the Mikos family built the mausoleum in Sorokpolány. The builder was János Brenner, a master builder. The building is a neo-renaissance style, Greek cross floor plan, central structure. The entrance façade consists of four ion columns on six steps, above which is a tympanum. The stone coat of arms of the Szapáry family can be seen in the tympanum.
