★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kedves hölgy mobilozott a pultban, de megszólítottam. Wc tartályt kerestünk. A keresett modellt megkereste a rendszerben, de közölte hogy ez nincs, nem is tudja lesz e, macerás az egész. Semmi javaslata, ötlete nem volt, hogy mit tegyünk, jönnünk e vissza, ajánljon egy másik terméket..... eladói tehetsége nem túl erős, inkább eljöttünk az üzletből.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon nem értenek ahhoz, amit csinálnak. Kértem egy szűrőt, oda is hozta a pulthoz az eladó, mondtam, hogy igen ez az, erre többször rákérdezett, hogy hány colos, mert van több is… mondom neki - szerintem nem
értett hozzá - pont azt keresem, ami a kezében van, kérek szépen 3 darabot. Erre csak nem értette meg, megint megkérdezte a hölgy, hogy hány colos kell? Mellette még odamondta a kollégának, hogy “nem tudja mit keres”… Na ekkor telt be a pohár… ilyen egy vásárlóűző eladókat ritkán látni!!! Soha többet Szatmári!!! El lehet gondolkodni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mivel nem értek a vízszereléshez, gondoltam kis szaktanácsadással segítenek megoldani a problémámat (kerti csap telepítése). A pultnál álló kisasszony egy "azt nekem kéne tudni, hogy mit akarok" mondattal intézte el majd kiröhögött, a mellette álló szakember pedig "Mittomén" felkiáltással tudta le a "szaktanácsadást". Minősíthetetlen kiszolgálás, senkinek sem ajánlom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listával mentem. 6 termékből 4-et rosszul adtak ki. Másnap reklamáltam. Elnézés helyett kioktató, modortalan stílus. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket.
Én szívtam, mert további egy napig wc nélkül voltam, és ők voltak vérigsértve.
Az intelligens viselkedés nem szaktudás kérdése. Egy kereskedésben az eladó a szolgáltató és nem szivességet tesz.
