Ekkor a mi megkeresésünkre azt az információt kaptuk, hogy a határidő tolódik a gyártás miatt. Az újabb határidő lejárta után újfent mi kerestük a céget, szintén azt a választ kapva, mint előzőleg. Miután ez a határidő is elmúlt személyes megkeresés után ki lett jelölve egy időpont, amire a beépítés teljesítve lett. Hiányoltam a cégtől a kommunikációt felénk, vevők, megbízók felé, ugyanakkor az ügyintéző úriember segítőkész volt minden esetben. A beszerelés hibátlan volt, profi munka, a végeredménnyel elégedettek vagyunk. When ordering interior doors, we contacted the company 2 weeks after the end of the production period. After another deadline, we searched for the company again, also receiving the answer as before. After this deadline was also set after a personal request, a date was set by which the installation was completed. I missed the communication from the company to us, customers, clients, but at the same time the clerk was helpful in all cases. The installation was flawless, professional work, we are satisfied with the end result.

B	Balázs Szücs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panel negyedik emeletre kértünk 4 ablakra és egy erkélyajtóra redőnyöket és szúnyoghálót. Amikor először mentünk be, még meglehetősen felkészületlenül érkeztünk. Csak ajánlatkérés volt a cél. Pontos méretek híján csak fényképekről kiszámoltak nekünk egy körülbelüli árat, ami a végén ha jól emlékszem kb 10-15 ezer Ft-tal tért el. Szóval meglehetősen pontosan sikerült így is elsőre. A pontos felmérésre körülbelül 1 hónapot kellett várni, de nem rohantunk. Majd még pár hét volt, hogy jött a beszerelés. Sajnos a tényleges méretlevétel nem sikerült pontosra így 2 redőnyt vissza kellett vinni de 4 nap alatt orvosolva lett a probléma és azokat is beszerelték. Megesik. A szerelést és a méretlevételt nem ugyanaz a személy végezte. Maga a művelet hibátlanul zajlott azt a kis malőrt leszámítva. Nagyon profi és gyors volt a kolléga neki külön köszönet a beszerelés miatt! Összességében azt kaptuk amit vártunk és teljesen elégedettek vagyunk az eredménnyel. So it worked pretty accurately anyway for the first time. We had to wait about 1 month for an accurate survey, but we didn’t rush. Then it was a few more weeks that the installation came. Unfortunately the actual sizing was not accurate so 2 shutters had to be returned but in 4 days the problem was fixed and they were installed as well. It happens. Assembly and sizing were not performed by the same person. The operation itself went flawlessly except for that little murmur. My colleague was very professional and fast thanks to him for the installation! Overall, we got what we expected and we are completely satisfied with the result. They handled situations flexibly.
