Telefonon érdeklődtem az egyik program jegyeivel kapcsolatban és akkor kedvesen tájékoztattak, hogy még nem indult meg jegyértékesítés, kb 2. hét múlva érdeklődjek. 1 hét elteltével telefonon felkerestek, hogy most már elérhetőek az eseményre a jegyek, most már szabad a jegyvásárlás :)
The customer service attitude was very sympathetic! I inquired by phone about the tickets for one of the programs and then I was kindly informed that ticket sales have not started yet, I will inquire in about 2 weeks. After 1 week, they contacted me by phone that tickets for the event are now available, tickets are now available for purchase :)
