Furchtbar, absolut furchtbar. Ich freue mich immer, auch bei google, etc, wenn ich positiv bewerten kann. Diese Unterkunft war leider mit das Schlechteste, das ich mir überhaupt hätte vorstellen können. Zuerst zu den, leider wenigen, positiven Dingen: 1: W-lan war top 2: Heizung und warmes Wasser vorhanden 3: Konstantin hat äußerst schnell geantwortet 4: saubere und bequeme Betten Nun leider zum Negativen. 1: Haustüre ist permanent offen, kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. 2: Wohnungtüre lässt sich extrem schwer schließen. Türgriff ist lose - fällt beim Zumachen der Türe auseinander. Wohnungstüre lässt sich nur zuziehen, wenn man sowohl am Türgriff, als auch am Schlüssel zieht. 3: Bad: Schimmel in der Dusche an der Decke, Fugen im Bad komplett offen, offene Holzbalkendecke mit Spreiseln, Staub, etc. Waschbeckenarmatur lässt sich um 360° drehen, hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Duscharmatur sind beide Bediengriffe komplett lose. Badtüre und WC-Türe lassen sich nur mit Mühe schließen. 4: Schlafzimmer EG: TV defekt, 1 Kleiderhaken im Kleiderschrank. Flur EG: Boden teils 0,5cm Höhenversatz von einem Laminat zum nächsten. 5: Küche: "Küche" kann man das schon gar nicht nennen. Eine Doppelspüle mit Seife als Spülmittel, Silikonabdichtungen ringsum sind rissig und defekt. Unter der Spüle ein richter Dreckstall mit zig Deckeln von alten Wasserflaschen, richtig versüfftem Boden, ... Besteck zusammengestückelt aus zig verschiedenen Tellern, etc - allesamt mit Dreck übersäht - ekelhaft. Es gibt für max. 6 Personen 4 Tassen und 3 Gläser, Besteck ebenfalls in nicht ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Kochgelegenheit ist ein Kochfeld mit 1 Platte - komplett verkrustet, verbrannt, etc - wurde ewig nicht gereinigt. Kühlschrank verschimmelt. Halbvolle Wasserflasche von Vorgängern noch in der "Küche". Auf dem Boden Glasscherben sowie Vitamintabletten oder ähnliches von Vorgängern. 6: Das Haus ist extremst hellhörig - egal in welchem Raum. Schalldämmung wirklich gleich 0, sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. 7: Von einem Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss kann man in das Schlafzimmer im EG schauen. 8: Eine Glühbirne fehlt in einer Fassung. Diese haben wir in der Küchenzeile gefunden und wieder reingedreht - diese flackerte nur. Vermutlich einfach rausgedreht und zur Seite gelegt statt eine neue zu kaufen. Für Kinder sehr gefährlich. 9: Heizkörper nicht entlüftet (habe zum Glück immer einen Schlüssel hierfür am Bund), weiterhin sind die Heizkörperthermostate ohne Funktion, sodass wir mit einem (in der Wohnung vorhandenen) Schraubenzieher den Zulauf von einem Heizkörper zudrehen mussten. 10: Sämtliche (!) Türgriffe in der Wohnung absolut locker, sollten minimum festgezogen, eher getauscht werden. 11: "Sitzgelegenheit" für max. 6 Personen sind 2 Barhocker in der Küche. Zum Kontakt mit Konstantin: Sie hat stets prompt geantwortet. Es ist empfehlenswert 5 min vor Ankunft sich bei ihr zu melden (uns schrieb sie, dass wir uns melden sollen, wenn wir da sind - mussten dann etwas warten). Daraufhin kam ihr Mann und hat uns die Wohnung geöffnet und gezeigt. Wirklich schade!

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I am always happy, also on google, etc, when I can rate positively. Unfortunately, this accommodation was one of the worst that I could have imagined. First of all, the unfortunately few positive things: 1: WiFi was great 2: Heating and hot water available 3: Constantine answered extremely quickly 4: clean and comfortable beds Now, unfortunately, to the negative. 1: The front door is permanently open and cannot be locked. 2: Apartment door is extremely difficult to close. Door handle is loose - falls apart when closing the door. The apartment door can only be closed if you pull both the door handle and the key. 3: Bathroom: Mold in the shower on the ceiling, joints in the bathroom completely open, open wooden beam ceiling with spurs, dust, etc. Sink tap can be rotated 360 °, has seen better days. Both handles are completely loose in the shower faucet. The bathroom door and toilet door can only be closed with difficulty. 4: Ground floor bedroom: TV broken, 1 coat hook in the wardrobe. Corridor ground floor: Floor partly 0.5cm height offset from one laminate to the next. 5: Kitchen: You can't even call it "kitchen". A double sink with soap as detergent, silicone seals all around are cracked and defective. Under the sink a real filthy barn with dozens of lids from old water bottles, really drained floor, ... Cutlery put together from dozens of different plates, etc - all covered with dirt - disgusting. There are 4 cups and 3 glasses for a maximum of 6 people, and there is not enough cutlery available. The cooking facility is a hob with 1 plate - completely encrusted, burned, etc. - has never been cleaned. Moldy fridge. Half-full water bottle from previous models is still in the "kitchen". On the floor, broken glass and vitamin tablets or the like from predecessors. 6: The house is extremely noisy - regardless of the room. Noise insulation really equal to 0, I've never experienced anything like that. 7: From a bedroom on the upper floor you can look into the bedroom on the ground floor. 8: A lightbulb is missing from a socket. We found this in the kitchen unit and turned it back in - it just flickered. Probably just turned out and put aside instead of buying a new one. Very dangerous for children. 9: Radiator not vented (luckily I always have a key for this on the collar), the radiator thermostats are still without function, so we had to turn off the inlet of a radiator with a screwdriver (available in the apartment). 10: All (!) Door handles in the apartment are absolutely loose, should be tightened at least, rather replaced. 11: "Seating" for a maximum of 6 people are 2 bar stools in the kitchen. To contact Konstantin: She always replied promptly. It is advisable to contact her 5 minutes before arrival (she wrote to us that we should contact her when we were there - then we had to wait a bit). Then her husband came and opened and showed us the apartment. A real shame!
