P	P M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Чудовий, затишний, чистий, доглянутий, педантний комплекс для оренди житла чи відпочинку, в самий раз, а персонал клінінгу будинку затишок забезпечує. Чудовий доглянутий майданчик в середині дудинкового комплексу а саме головне закритий від посторонніх людей лише для мешканців. Поблизу мережа магазинів на вибір. Не місце а просто мрі'я. Wonderful, cozy, clean, well-groomed, meticulous complex for rent or vacation, just right, and the cleaning staff of the house provides comfort. A beautiful well-kept area in the middle of the Dudyn complex, and most importantly closed to outsiders only for residents. Near the network of shops to choose from. Not a place but just a dream.

Telefonon beszéltem a hely vezetőjével, aki megerősítette, hogy van kapacitásuk, de kérte, hogy küldjek egy e-mailt az adatokkal. Meg is tettem. Lefoglaltam 3db 6 fős apartmant. Gondoltam én. De mikor a rendezvény hetében felhívtam, hogy egyeztessünk az érkezéssel kapcsolatban, közölte, hogy nem tud szállást biztosítani. Mondtam neki, hogy ez így nagyon nem jó, beszéltünk telefonon, írtam e-mailt. Annyi volt a válasz, hogy igen, tudja, de ők nem igazolták vissza. Mint a beszélgetés további részéből kiderült, nem figyelmetlenség történt. Elmondta, hogy szándékosan nem küldtek visszaigazolást, hátha bejön egy nagyobb csoport, vagy hosszabb távú foglalás, ami az elmondása szerint meg is történt. Így hoppon maradtunk. Vagyis nem, mert sikerült máshol szállást foglalnom a vendégeinknek, de ha nem hívom fel, akkor a rendezvény napján szembesülünk a problémával. Mikor erről beszéltem ismerősökkel volt aki mondta, igen, már ő is járt így náluk. Hozzáteszem, a hely vezetőjének állt feljebb, mikor megjegyeztem neki, hogy ez nem épp tisztességes üzletpolitika… I booked accommodation here for the performers of a charity event, more than 3 weeks before the event. I spoke on the phone with the place manager who confirmed they had the capacity but asked me to send an email with the details. I did it. I booked 3 apartments for 6 people. I thought so. But when I called to arrange an arrival during the week of the event, he said he could not provide accommodation. I told him it was really not so good, we talked on the phone, I wrote an email. There were so many answers that yes, you know, but they didn't confirm it. As the rest of the conversation revealed, it wasn’t negligence that happened. He said they did not intentionally send a confirmation of whether a larger group or a longer-term booking would come in, which he said did. That's how we stayed. I mean, no, because I managed to book accommodation for our guests elsewhere, but if I don’t call, we’ll face the problem on the day of the event. When I talked about it with friends, he said yes, he's been with them. I would add, he was standing up to the head of the place when I remarked to him that this was not exactly a fair business policy…
