★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop by, drink a good coffee and get some small and inexpensive presents for your mom and friends. They seem to have concerts and historical lectures in the basement from time to time. A really friendly spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was chased by the rain to shelter there. Got a wonder coffee better then in a coffee shop, sat down on a historic armchair, had a nice conversation with the owner and nearly bought a book about Japanese handcraft art pieces from the eighties. Do I need to say more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely little vintage shop and lunch cafe. Tucked away behind a church in a busy neighborhood, it also has outside seating. The owner is super friendly and the salami-cheese sandwich comes with ketchup and mayonaise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what an amazing place and wonderful staff with such grace and charm. the best, most tasty coffee in Budapest so far. it's like Istanbul's The Museum of Innocence come to Budapest, and transformed into a living breathing cafe. the owner is a proper eccentric bohemian Budapest Lady, very friendly and genuinely interested in her customers and the place she has created for you to enjoy. if you could make a wish and create the perfect little place to visit in Budapest, then this tiny, friendly, bohemian, magical little shop of curiosities and beautiful furniture and books with a cafe nestled in amongst it all, would be what i would wish for. perfect. and you can sit outside in the sun, in a quiet little refuge, drink your coffee and listen to the birds singing, right on the edge of the jewish quarter. they also do bag drop now.. they also do bag drop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely time here. It is a wonderful little shop where you can sit, have a chat, and explore a sliver of local history. I really appreciate the care the owner puts into her work. From the time I walked in, I realized this was one of the few shops in the area that was there to do more than simply make a profit off of tourists.
