★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon lassan megyaz ügyintézes. T{bbször nem jól csinálták meg a dolgokat, kétszer utalták el a katát. Most 4 napja várom a netbankos felhaszn... Nevet jelszót. Megint be kell mennem és fizetnem kell az utalásért. Dolgozok az időm pénz a pénzem is pénz nekem mert én dolgozok érte. Váltani fogok bankot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyenge biztonságtechnika, a biztonsági ajtók nem záródnak,javába képzetlen dolgozók,túl bonyolított rendszerek,informatikai rendszer elavul (volt,hogy órákig azért vártam,vagy másnap kellett vissza mennem,mert lefagyott a teljes rendszer és több óra alatt sem tudták megcsinálni),sok mindenben káosz van,elavult technikák...,aki teheti,inkább másik bankot keressen! Lassan halad minden!
Poor security technology, security doors do not close, untrained workers, overly complicated systems, IT system becomes obsolete (I had to wait for hours or had to go back the next day because the whole system crashed and could not do it for several hours), in many ways there is chaos, outdated techniques ... who can do it, look for another bank! Everything is moving slowly!
