Back to shopping in shoes store. 2 pairs of matching shoes are looking for, of course, children impatiently wanted a balloon ? The saleswoman said first we had to buy something, then we would get one. My daughter was really angry ?. I would suggest that if you are bothered by sellers that a child finds access to shoes in a children’s shoe store then they are packed at eye level and then you don’t have to bother with discipline for the other child.

It’s a January story, but I just got down to describing it. We bought a cheap winter boots for my little boy and at the toe of the right shoe the sole came off after 2 weeks, he let go of the gluing. There is one, we took it back, they took the minutes and sent it in for repair. And we’ll throw him a cheaper one with the momentum to pull it out until the repaired one arrives. After two weeks, we managed to glue the boots we originally bought - another record from the store and also from the manufacturer - we also brought the boots on Monday. We just didn’t take the shoes back on that week on Friday just because my wife was working, but the soles on the left side came off as well as before on the right. For a week, on Monday, we took the shoes back, along with the previous minutes (which I photographed with my phone before leaving) and we wanted them replaced. Then came the surprise. Behind the counter, an old aunt reading the Little Plain, completely out of herself, stated in an Alpine style that they could not replace it because it was being replaced by the manufacturer (how lucky we bought Hungarian shoes, not Chinese ones, because we were still waiting for the first repair) . I told him, ma'am, we didn't buy it from the manufacturer, we bought it from you. Replace or return the money. He does this, so it doesn't work that way, he has to send it to the manufacturer and try to fix it first. In order not to think that shoes are being changed for every little thing, the buyer can ask for a repair in the first place. For this, I showed him in the protocol the referring legislation so that we can request a repair, exchange or refund, and since we are already over the repair and it didn’t work, the money will be replaced or returned. After 15 minutes of arguing - with the child sitting in my hands - they were so willing to write on the minutes that we would not ask for a correction, we would ask for a replacement. + All previous reports have been returned to the manufacturer to see that this is the second complaint about the shoe. I wrote to the Consumer Protection the same day and to the Conciliation Board the next day. Then, a few weeks after we received notice from the Conciliation Board of the date of the hearing, the phone came from the store to get the money back. It is distasteful that a shoe store with such a lot of traffic, so I was able to hiss at a couple of 10 thousand forints complaints, I can still tell myself if they remember how they talked to us, that they tried to fool us, which would have been possible if I hadn't photographed the minutes. We haven’t even been on that street since then, let alone the store.
