Vicc amit művelnek. Gagyi company phone is not picked up during the 2 hour work time. Moreover, they did not come to the agreed time and we were not told about it by phone, not even afterwards. Joke they do.

P	Pal Kerekfy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Érdekes élményben volt részem: a porszívó bevizsgálásáért fizettem 1270 Ft-ot, majd azzal kaptam vissza, hogy a motor telement porral, tönkrement, nem javítható. Kicsit gyanús volt a történet, ezért beszereztem a speciális csavarhúzót, lassan rájöttem a szétszedés trükkjeire, szétszedtem, megtaláltam a lecsúszott kábelsarut, és a porszívó csodásan működik :-) A véleményem közzététele után felhívott egy udvarias úr a szervizből, hogy mit segíthet a porszívóval. Megnyugtattam, hogy semmit, mert már megjavítottam. Nem volt hiábavaló a beszélgetés! Megtudtam tőle, hogy a porszívó motorterében nem javítanak, nem is bontják meg. Ennek a típusnak a csévélő a tipikus hibája, de az enyémnél az jó volt. Így csak a motor lehetett hibás. The story was a bit suspicious, so I got the special screwdriver, slowly realized the disassembly tricks, disassembled it, found the slipped cable lug, and the vacuum cleaner works wonderfully :-) After posting my opinion, a polite gentleman from the service called to see what he could do with the vacuum cleaner. I reassured him of nothing because I had already fixed it. The conversation was not in vain! I learned from him that they are not repaired or dismantled in the engine compartment of the vacuum cleaner. The winder is the typical fault of this type, but it was good for mine. So only the engine could be faulty.

Pénteken 9-11 között,tehát a 10 óra pont megfelelő. Újra tárcsázok 2x egymás után hagyom 18x csengeni,a telefon kicseng,de senki nem veszi fel. Based on my own experience, I do not recommend it. At 10am on Friday mornings customer service tells you when to call. Friday 9am to 11am, so the 10 o'clock point is right. I re-dial 2x one by one, letting 18x ring, the phone rings, but no one answers.
