A napokban elromlott a scennelési funkcióm, felhívtam az értékesítést, hátha tudnak segíteni. 1 a nevem szólítottak 2 év után , 2. azonnal a IT segítség csomagot ajánlották, meg is vettem 1 évre, 3. leírtam a problémám, és 2 óra múlva távból meggyógyult a scennelem, és jobb is lett. Én, mint laikus napokig nézegethettem volna a nyomtatókat, ennél a cégnél viszont tényleg egy fél órán belül visszahívtak. Döntést követően másnap már itt is volt a nyomtató, nagyon szuper, nagyon meg vagyok vele elégedve. Nekem nagyon sokat jelent az is, hogy érdeklődnek, minden rendben van-e, tudnak-e valamiben segíteni. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom a céget, szakmailag felkészült, rugalmas, segítőkész csapat áll a háttérben. Nyilván lehet bárhol venni nyomtatót, csak közel sem biztos, hogy az értékesítő céget érdekli, hogy boldogulok-e vagy sem, mert jártam már így is. Úgyhogy a lehető legjobb döntést hoztam, hogy a TechOffice Solution Kft által forgalmazott nyomtatót választottam.
