★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the worst customer service experience I had. We made a purchase on Saturday July 6. Cashier was arrogant, rude, not proactive, not nice, was speaking with us like we dont matter. With this approach you totally ruin the feeling when you get the Apple product. I will find a way to send a message to Apple as well , so they know who does business with them. Hope you could organize a training or anything, so the customer care would not be this low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the worst customer experience ever at their store. I've shopped there a few times now, each time the sales person was extremely rude and I felt humiliated. Last time was such a bad experience for me, I was scared to go back and buy something this time. I might stop buying apple products becouse of my experiences. They always rude and disrespectul, if I had any question they barely reply, and not willing to help me at all. Never ever going back to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I visited them this week to buy their product. I understandably placed the “order”, but the employee just grimly asked me back what I wanted.
Maybe because of my young age or being a foreign, but I missed the hospitality and I felt very upset and disappointed as I was awaiting to that day’s purchase.
Whatever,that night I ordered what I wanted online and probably won’t come back there.
