★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Just the arrangement are done so far in time. I had to wait around 20 days to conduct my tests. Even though its not emergent the time between calling and the appointment at the doctor should be shorten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience with Teladoc. They booked all my appointments with English speaking doctors and all I had to do was show up. The staff are so helpful and available 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes a long time (15-30 mins) to get through on the phone and having the team to organize an appointment can take weeks, which is sometimes critical. For example, I had an appointment at a diabetologist who needed the results of my blood test. Teladoc had had three weeks to organize the appointment at the laboratory, but two days before the appointment with the diabetologist I still did not have an appointment. Upon making a claim, they did not even offer to arrange it quickly; I was told to pay for it on my own and then request a reimbursement. So, I took the matter in my own hand, and I was able to organize the appointment within an hour or so. They are absolutely inefficient. Of course, they blame it on the COVID situation, but I simply believe that they have either not enough staff or very incompetent staff.

1) Excellent customer service.
2) And posh places where highly qualified professionals attend to your medical needs.
When you dislike something about your doctor's appointment, they will react to it.
Teladoc is definitely a good choice.
