Felháborító, hogy magamnak kell végül leszervezzem az időpontokat, ráadásul a költségvállalói nyilatkozatot sem juttatják el a szolgáltatónak. Utólagos térítés esetén postázni kell a dokumentumokat és hónapokat kell várni az összeg beérkezésére. Három kisgyerek mellett könnyebbségre vártam, nem nehezebbé kívántam tenni az életünket. Unfortunately, I can't give a zero rating ... It is outrageous that I have to finally arrange the dates myself, and the cost statement is not sent to the service provider either. In case of post-payment, the documents will have to be mailed and months will have to wait for the amount to be received. With three small children, I waited for ease, I didn’t want to make our lives harder.
N	Nóra Törő on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minősíthetetlen...Téves információkat adnak ami ügyintézőnként eltér, valamint konkrétan ellátás szervezőként velem szerveztették le az időpontot, amely előtt 1 nappal szóltak, hogy igazából nem tudják finanszírozni. Persze korábban ezt meg sem említették, 7-ből 1 alkalommal sem sikerült kompetens operátorral beszélnem, természetesen panaszt sem tudtak felvenni. Jár a kockacukor! :) Undetermined ... They give false information that differs from one administrator to another and, specifically, as the organizer of the care, the date was arranged with me, one day before they were really unable to finance. Of course, I had never mentioned this before, and I never managed to talk to a competent operator 7 times, of course, they couldn't complain. Go to the sugar cubes! :)
K	Krisztina Biró on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szívem szerint 0.-át adnék. Egy hónap alatt kaptam egy labor időpontot. Ezt is úgy, hogy felemeltem kissé a hangomat, mert még visszajelzést sem kaptam. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Pénz le- húzás az egész. Előtte szintén egy hónapot vártam UH vizsgálatra. According to my heart, I'd give it 0. Within a month I got a lab time. Also, by raising my voice slightly because I didn't even get any feedback. I don't recommend it to anyone. Money down- pull the whole thing. Before that, I also waited a month for a US examination.

A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat mindig elérhető, megfelelő színvonalú, sőt többször beszéltem rendkívül kedves operátorokkal. Eddig időpontot mindig rövid időn belül kaptam, nagyon jó orvosokhoz közvetítettek, szakszerű ellátásban részesültem, ráadásul empatikus módon. A nem szerződött partnernél történt vizsgálatomat 100%-ban elszamolták utólagos térítéssel - igaz egy héttel kicsúsztak a határidőből, és nekem kellett érdeklődni, de ez a legkevesebb. Én maximálisan ajánlom a szolgáltatást mindenkinek. So far, my experience with the service is very positive. Telephone customer service is always available, with good quality and even more than once with very kind operators. So far I have always been given a short time, mediated to very good doctors, I received professional care, and more empathically. My test of a non-contracted partner was 100% misplaced by postpay - it was a week away from the deadline and I had to be interested, but that was the least. I highly recommend the service to everyone.

L	Luz López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Do not pay for it. They can make you wait for hours in the line, they don't care about the patient, and they don't have English speakers in the call center, and they promise to call you back and you can wait for days.
A	Anna Vintur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get hold of English speaking operator, 4 out of 5 times I called - all English operators were busy... also, extremely slow appointment booking - in my experience it can take anywhere from 1 to 3.5 weeks to book an appointment and meanwhile no one keeps you updated on the progress, so you have to call from time to time again and check the status. Really weird system with multiple hospitals and feels like no one is owning the results, just bouncing you from 1 place to another.
F	Frodo Baggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How does this company still exist? The services they provide are nowhere close to anything called healthcare. They used to have an English line which is now gone. How is a non-Hungarian speaker suppose to understand the IVR? They promise to call you back and they almost never do. You call back they again promise to call you back. Its incredible to see a 'multinational' company has almost no English speaker. Getting an appointment takes weeks, if you are lucky.
