Ez vajon minket, fogyasztókat minősít? Erről ennyit. Fogyasztóvédelmi panasz tömegben. Pont. I'm not even surprised how I went with them. I read some reviews ... I don’t even understand how such a bum gang can be a web store market leader !? Does this qualify us consumers? So much for that. Consumer protection complaint in bulk. Point.
J	Judit Szőke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telefon 2 hónap után tönkrement. Már több mint 30 napja van a hiba lejelentve, tehát jelenleg több mint 5 hete telefon nélkül vagyok. A cég a futár cégre akarja hárítani a hibát és további türelmet kérnek de nem mondanak semmi konkrétat. Telefonon szinte képtelenség elérni őket. Ráadásul amikor megrendeltem a telefont, 2 nap helyett több mint 1 hét alatt érkezett meg és nem EU szabvány töltővel küldték. Még az ellenségemnek sem kívánom ezt a szolgáltatást. Senki se vásároljon tőlük ha jót akar magának. The phone broke after 2 months. The bug has been reported for over 30 days, so I am currently without a phone for over 5 weeks. The company wants to pass the fault on to the courier company and they ask for more patience but don’t say anything specific. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone. Plus, when I ordered the phone, it arrived in over 1 week instead of 2 days and was sent with a non-EU standard charger. I don’t even wish this service to my enemy. No one should buy from them if they want good for themselves.

Mert a 2. esetben a raktáron levőként feltüntetett terméket "elfogyott" visszaigazolással a rendelésem törölték. De másnap feltették a honlapjukra drágábban, de nem jelezték, hogy esetleg kérem-e azon az áron. Ezután nem tőlük vettem meg persze... Within two weeks I would have bought the 2nd low value phone. Because in case 2, the product listed as being in stock with my "out of stock" confirmation was canceled. But the next day they posted on their website more expensive, but did not indicate whether I would ask for that price. Then I didn't buy it from them of course ...
D	Dr azse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CSALÓK! A telefonok mind külföldi román, Szaúd-Arábiai telefonok pár hónap után szerencse ha nem romlik el. Magyar garancia nincs rá! A cég viszont elérhetetlen és nem reagál vagy ha elviszi a telefont utánna eltűnnek. A fogyasztóvédelmi eljárás mindenképp!!!!!!! FRAUDS! The phones are all foreign Romanian, Saudi Arabian phones after a few months of luck if not deteriorate. There is no Hungarian guarantee for it! The company, on the other hand, is unreachable and unresponsive or if you take the phone after it disappear. The consumer protection procedure is definitely !!!!!!!

Rendeltem tőlük egy elég nagy értékű telefont ! két nap után fel hívtam őket, hogy tudnak e mondani valamit a telefonról mert az e-mailben rákattintottam és nem létező terméknek titulálták. Azt mondták éppen akartak hívni, mivel nem tudják teljesíteni a rendelést ! Csak azt nem tudom akkor miért volt aktív és rendelhető a telefon ??!! Hello ! I ordered a phone of high value from them! after two days i called them if they could say something about the phone because i clicked it in the email and called it a non-existent product. They said they just wanted to call because they couldn't fulfill the order! I just don't know why the phone was active and can be ordered ?? !!
M	Máté Vincze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karácsony előtt 10 nappal egy szombati munkanapon adtam le egy telefonra rendelésemet. A szállítást 1-3 napra ígérték, gondoltam megérkezik. Míg egyéb helyekről (eMAG, 220volt) vasárnap, később adtam le a rendelésem, Ők már hétfőn visszajeleztek, a termékek kedden kiszállításra kerültek. Mivel a véleményeket nem olvastam el a boltról, csak a rendelés után, megijedtem, majd rögtön írtam egy emailt a boltnak, hogy ki tudják-e szállítani Karácsonyig. Másnap visszaírtak, hogy már küldtek emailt arról, hogy a termék nincs készleten... (Amit nem kaptam meg, mindenhol megnéztem.) Mivel a válaszidő gyorsnak bizonyult, megadom a 2 csillagot. Ha nem válaszolnak 1 napon belül, nem tudom máshonnan megrendelni... 10 days before Christmas, I placed a phone order on a Saturday working day. The delivery promised 1-3 days, I thought it would arrive. While other places (eMAG, 220volt) on Sunday, I placed my order later, They responded on Monday, and the products were shipped on Tuesday. Since I didn't read the reviews about the store, just after ordering, I was scared and immediately emailed the store to see if they could deliver it by Christmas. The next day they wrote back that they had already emailed me that the product was out of stock ... (Which I didn't get, I looked everywhere.) Since the response time was fast, I give it 2 stars. If you do not respond within 1 day, I cannot order elsewhere ...

Elromlott a Samsung A40 telefonom amit jeleztem a Telefonkirálynak.küldtek is GLS autót,elvitték az összes tartozékokkal!És nem válaszolnak az üzenetekre,telefont kinyomják.-62000 Ft,telefon sehol....rohadt csalók! If I could even remove the stars from the rating! Slowly 4 months ago the phone was supposed to be in service !! My Samsung A40 phone that I signaled to the Phone King is broken. They also sent me a GLS car, took it with all the accessories!

A rendelés és a rendelés rögzítése a weboldalon elfogadott (pipa) szerint történt. Email visszaigazolás jött a rendelésről, majd annak rögzítéséről. Később telefonon értesítettek, hogy nincs a rendelt termék - nem tudják szállítani. (Jelzem itt: ez a szerződéses feltételek között szerepelt, min lehetőség). A cég korrekten járt el - bár csalódtam, hogy nem kapom meg a terméket. :( Az értékelésem azért ennyi, mert ma, 2020-ban kell olyan raktárkészlettel és rendelési rendszerrel rendelkezni, hogy, amennyiben kosárba teszek egy terméket, akkor az rendelkezésre áll, megkapom azt. Sajnálom, de nem tudok bízni ebben az értékesítőben. Szomorú vagyok és csalódott. :( :( I ordered the phone advertised on the website (it was advertised at about 20% below the average market price.) The order and the order were recorded according to the accepted on the website (tick). An email confirmation came of the order and then its recording. They were later notified by phone that there was no product ordered - they could not ship. (I indicate here: this was included in the contract terms, min option). The company did the right thing - although I was disappointed that I didn’t get the product. :( My rating is because today, in 2020, I need to have a stock and ordering system so that if I put a product in my cart, it will be available, I will get it. I'm sorry, but I can't trust this seller. I'm sad and disappointed. :( :(
