★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel did not respond to our online reservation at around new year time, after 1 day waiting we called there, nobody could say if we can book rooms for our guests since around the new year they would have some special packages and on the phone they promise to send an e-mail with this information. But no e-mail arrived in the next day. On third day we were at the reception and still we did not receive clear information and only a next promise to send some information about packages at the new year time via e-mail. We will never try to book this hotel again, we are very disappointed with the booking service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a wedding being held at this place and everything was lovely. Late at night when it was time for my girlfriend and me to head back to Budapest, there were no available taxis due to the sziget festival. The manager personally drove us back to our hotel, and refused to accept payment for the ride. Couldn't be happier with the service!
