Nekem a problémára a megoldást el is mondta, majd a biztonság kedvéért ki is nyomtatott egy megoldási lehetőséget. Utólag is köszönöm nekik, sikerült megoldani problémám.

A hátrány az volt hogy sokat kellett várni az online időpontosok mindenki előtt előnyt élveztek így 2,5 órát kellett várni amíg sorra kerültünk.
The administration was very detailed and the clerk was normal.
The downside was that we had to wait a lot for the online dates to be an advantage over everyone so we had to wait 2.5 hours until it was our turn.
