Letojják az ügyfelet, tartozás nincs, mégis kikapcsoltak, a rendszerük persze nem mutat kikapcsolást , bamba pofával néz, hogy nincs kikapcsolva miért mondom, erre ott a helyszínen hívást indítok, mondja a géphang, hogy ki vagyok kapcsolva ,,,nem érti . nem hát olyan a cég mint az alkalmazott nulla, kiderült hibáztak. panaszt akarok tenni erre a panaszkezelőhöz irányit , ott elmondom a gondomat , erre visszaküld az ügyfélszolgálatra. sz@r szolgáltató, sz@r emberekkel.

We waited around 20 minutes and more and he never came back. We started to ask other employees where he is. Nobody wanted to help or they did not speak english. At the same time other managers also started to disappear leaving customers alone (siesta?). Plus to this only a few managers speak languages and you have to choose language on the ticketing machine. Guys, you are in the center of Europe, it is shameful not to speak Eng., Deutsch if you work for an international company in the world famous resort! Awful disrespect to clients!!!
