★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viszonylag jelentéktelen, kisebb ügy miatt tértem be. Ehhez mérten az ügyintéző is félig-meddig odafigyelve, közben kolléganőjével beszélgetve foglalkozott velem. Mondhatom, hogy kissé flegmán. Ős Telekomos ügyfélként ez nem tetszett, még akkor sem, ha sikerült elintézni, amit épp akartam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hétfő délelőtt gyorsan sorra kerültem. Az ügyintéző nagyon segítőkész volt. Nem csak azt tudtam elintézni amiért mentem, hanem segítséget is kaptam egy másik ügyben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 3 working from 8 kiosk they are having fun and since 30 minutes they are unable to give service to anyone.. so annoying this kind of attitude : when they are watching at you and you can see they are having fun on you waiting.. not recommended at all!
