I would have paid online for the next 3 months just before expiration, but only the person who has the service in their name can pay. In English, if you live with 5 people, no one else can pay for it. Why can't I just pay someone online? What if my buddy and this gift to him? Or are you in a more difficult situation and so I want to help? I pay the same way, doesn't it really matter who gives away the money for a service? In whose name the service had just moved, so I should have written a power of attorney with him, which will have to be repeated with each payment. I thought that this was a lot of macera then I would ask for a new one for my job, because the faster it is, the more it will be found out by the person who has moved. I paid, signed and the answer was that my colleagues would go out in almost 15 days. Where? Why? There the cable and the router should just be activated and you can go ... That would be too easy. 15 days is also a good 2 weeks between friends, so we are in the last 2 weeks of the exam period. But to talk about the service itself: scrub the bottom line for what’s still acceptable. The basic router they bring is pathetic, it almost lights up on its own and if you have more than one device connected to it (eg 4, which 2 people already have if they only have a phone and a laptop), in Hungarian we get a scrap that was scrapped for some reason and after a little renovation we get it (by renovation I mean it can work just how it works). The net breaks up quite often, but isn't it the fault of the router (I hope). You only get 2 stars because if you have a net it's okay, it's not good but okay. I note that the maximum possible bandwidth is specified in the net package, not the guaranteed minimum, so if you order, you should divide the max by 5 in a good case. (The guaranteed one is also written, but it is rather only a top estimate)

I pay my bill here and so far I still get away with no waiting time (there are two cashiers). What I have never experienced at any other service provider, bank, etc. no. Plus, it's unnecessary hassle without administration: no need to present an invoice or ID, just give me the name, identify by address, and pay now. I'd appreciate it being so easy everywhere to give me my money. :-)

As the promised service provider did not appreciate any response on the net within 15 days, we decided to go in and cancel the order. When we communicated this to the clerk, he was even outraged that we did not want to use the service, he made constant comments. No compensation was offered at all. In contrast, the competitor was able to send a specialist within 1 day.

The team working here is inexorably slow, sloppy, incompetent. There were 5 clerks and 2 clients inside when I drew a serial number, but I had to wait 45 minutes for them to be called. I wanted to ask three questions about the service, but the clerk tied the answer with the presentation of an address card and ID card. Are you serious? We didn't have a contract.

Increasingly frequent failures and downtime. Reporting an error is cumbersome. Telephone availability is slow, a quarter of an hour of waiting, or not switchable. Stuttering net landing TV channels. Great disappointment.

Handy, timeless clerk! I visited the store at 1:30 a.m. on January 8, 2022. The store was empty and two salesmen were sitting behind the counter. When I wanted to ask, the lady strangled me and asked for my documents. When I wanted to ask again, He called me to remain silent so that He could concentrate on His work.
