Huge disappointment! Based on the color card, we assigned a front to the kitchen furniture, instead of the satin color we got a mauve color (for hundreds of thousands of forints). We went to help with what could be done. Instead, the lady (Judith) stated in Alpine style that it was our fault. We sketched that the difference between a color card and a piece of furniture was huge, but he didn’t want to hear the problem. The point is that they are not at fault and we cannot complain. If a person pays hundreds of thousands of forints and there is a problem, maybe they will listen and try to help. Unfortunately, the lady didn't want to help here! I note your colleague was very kind (we talked to her at first), but she indicated that her colleague named Judit was working on the Nettfront and we should try to talk to her. I understand if there are a lot of people in the business over the weekend, even if you’re tired or upset ... but it could be otherwise! Communication, understanding, conflict management, striving for a solution ... it would be a foundation in a business where customers live! We didn't get this from the lady here, just the rejection! I would add, he suddenly turned around and left us with the problem, he was absolutely not interested in our problem. I would even note that she spoke disparagingly to the lady in front of us, even though she was only interested. Looks like he thinks everyone has a problem and he’s the benchmark. Of course, we will avoid doing business far and wide in the future and I would advise everyone not to walk like us!
