A Groupamanál voltunk, ahol a portásuk először elküldött egy teljesen rossz helyre, majd ugyanaz a portás végül jó helyre. 8:00-ra volt időpont, de mint kiderült, majd a "lányok eldöntik", hogy mikor kezdenek, várhatóan 8:30 lesz belőle. Tehát ez rögtön reggel az első időpontnál. Ügyfélszolgálati telefonszám sehol és ha jól megnézitek a google véleményekre sem érkezik semmilyen reakció. Több tapasztalattal a hátunk mögött azt mondom, hogy ez eddig a leggyengébb tesztelőhely, mindenképpen megéri másikat keresni. The professionalism of the website is no longer present on the site. We were at Groupama, where their porter first sent me to a completely wrong place and then the same porter finally to a good place. There was a time for 8:00, but as it turned out, then the "girls decide" when to start, it is expected to be 8:30. So it's right in the morning at the first time. Customer service phone number is nowhere to be found and if you look closely at google reviews there will be no reaction. With more experience behind us, I say this is the weakest test site so far, definitely worth looking for another one.

Ha jó vagy, akkor előre kinyomtatod a vizsgálatba való beleegyezésed, oda adod, utána lehúzzák a kártyádról az összeget, majd végül odagurulsz az emberhez, aki leveszi a mintát a garratból (nem fáj, kibírható). Ha nem nyotatod ki a papírt, mint ahogy énse, mert nem volt nyomtatóm, úgy ott a helyszínen adnak egy papírt, kitöltöd, addig félre állítanak a sorból, majd miután kitöltötted, folytatod a sorban állást ott ahol kiállítottak, tehát 1db autót kellett kivernom aki épp előttem volt. Ezzel együtt max 10 perc volt. Az ígért 72 órán belül meg is kaptam az eredményt emailben. I had an appointment at 11.32, I was right there, I had about 5 cars in front of me. A car takes about 3 minutes. If you’re good, you pre-print your consent to the test, give it away, then the amount is pulled off your card, and then you finally roll over to the person who takes the sample out of the garrat (it doesn’t hurt, it’s bearable). If you don't print the paper like you did, because I didn't have a printer, they give me a piece of paper on the spot, fill it in, put it out of line, and then it was right in front of me. However, it was max 10 minutes. I also received the result via email within the promised 72 hours.
E	Eszter S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Alkotás úti tesztállomásra regisztráltam. Megkaptam a visszaigazoló emailt. Az időpontom előtt kb 20 perccel megjelentem. Az állomás addigra bezárt (!). Hiába volt időpontunk, nem sikerült a tesztelést karácsony előtt elintézni. Egy dolgozó kijött, elmondta, hogy aki a mintavételt csinálja már nincs itt. Nagyon udvariasan elnézést kért, ő maga sem értette miért nem kaptunk bármilyen értesítést a cégtől, hogy az általam lefoglalt időpontban nem lesz már ott senki. Felajánlotta, hogy menjünk el a groupamához. Mivel dugó volt, és a város másik feléből indultunk, persze hogy nem értünk oda. Egyébként a honlapon az volt, hogy erre a napra a groupamához már minden időpont betelt, és másik állomás igénybevételét javasolták. I registered for the Alkotás út test station. I received a confirmation email. I showed up about 20 minutes before my date. The station is closed by then (!). Even though we had an appointment, we couldn’t arrange testing before Christmas. A worker came out and said that whoever was sampling was no longer here. He apologized very politely, he himself did not understand why we did not receive any notification from the company that no one would be there at the time I booked. He offered to go to the groupama. Since it was a traffic jam and we started from the other half of town, of course we didn’t get there. By the way, on the website it was that by this day all the dates for the groupama had already passed and it was suggested to use another station.

Röhejes hogy még válaszolni sem képesek a többször küldött mailekre... SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM!!! I wanted to get an account for a month which, in the absence of this, the company I work for could not account for me. It's ridiculous that they can't even reply to emails sent several times ... I don't recommend it to anyone !!!

Az asszisztens, akit odaraktak rettenetesen lassu es korulmenyes volt, valamint folyamatosan a tesztelni erkezoket kommentalta. Tovabba nem mukodott sem az online, sem a terminalos fizetes. Harmadik terminal elutasitas utan a kollega felvetette, hogy mondjam el a bankkartyam PIN kodjat, majd o beirja. Nem tudtam, hogy sirjak vagy nevessek. I went on time and waited an hour, even though there were only two of them in front of me. The assistant who was put there was terribly slow and age-old and kept commenting on the test results. Neither online nor terminal payments worked. After the rejection of the third terminal, a colleague suggested that I tell me the PIN code of my bank card and then enter it. I didn't know if I was crying or laughing.
