Went in for a specific 2020 collection backpack and they only have the small size, no idea if they'd have the normal size, I understand ofc... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day before yesterday I went into the store to buy a winter coat. After ten minutes the saleswoman finally went to ask if I needed help and even then barely helped me (she was busy talking to other employees).
When I wanted to buy the coat (which costs $ 400) they had a problem with the credit system so I could not buy the coat. When I asked her if it was possible to talk to the credit card company she said: I just a salewoman and i can't do anything about that.She said I would come back tomorrow and buy the coat. The next day I came back and asked her if the problem was with them she said yes. She did not even apologize or say hello when I entered. It's the most minimal and worst service I've ever seen. You expect sellers in such an expensive store to help you. But they just do the minimum they can.i would never come back
