★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the highest possible level..always ready to assist and help. I am a kind of difficult customer and was satisfied at all the times with their approach. Rooms are big enough. Breakast is diversified I did not like the mainstream music there would be better to hear some radio i think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean room with a big bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but there weren’t enough seats for everybody at 8 am.
For this price, it’s a definite 5*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, the center of the city is 10minutes of walking away. The breakfast was very good and the best part is the service. The man at the front desk was the most hospitable and kind man I’ve ever seen.

Kindly and helpful staff. The family room was comfortable with two bedrooms. The breakfast was rich with a large variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent welcome from the receptionists. The hotel is very clean and the room is super comfortable and above all quiet. The breakfast is complete and quite varied. The server David is very welcoming and always with a smile. He was always available to inform us about the products offered in the morning... My favorite place in Budapest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very big. We even had a swing chair. Beautiful decorated. Bed was made fresh every morning. The area is quiet which is nice for a good night sleep after all the walking and sight visiting. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They accommodate your needs and make you feel "at home". The breakfast was just spot on. Plenty of choice and everything super fresh and tasty. We stayed 3 nights and every morning we had different pastries and they were sooo yummy. I would definitely be coming back and 100% recommend. Also and importantly it is super close from district 7 where the lively night clubs are. Thank you for having us.

- The breakfast was fresh every day and with a variety that changes daily
- the only issues we had was about the cleaning (once they left our door open after they make up our bed) and they haven't changed our sheets at all during the all staying.. without those issues we would have left five stars and more if we could:)
