Egyszer egy rossz nap után késtem 17 percet, közben próbáltam őket hívni 10 percen keresztül de senki nem vette fel. Odaertem, kérdeztem miért nem vették fel, hebegett- habogott, aztán közölte a recepciós hogy már nem tudnak fogadni a késés miatt. Erre idegesen eljöttem és becsaptam az ajtót magam mögött. Aztán pár héttel később próbáltam új időpontot, erre fejemhez vágtak az előző alkalmat, és hogy nem fizettem ki. Leírtam az én verziomat normális hangnemben, azóta nem állnak szoba velem. Professionally, I think they are very good, that is, who I was with. However, as a service company, customer focus, respect is almost zero. Once, after a bad day, I was 17 minutes late while trying to call them for 10 minutes but no one picked me up. I got there, asked why they hadn’t picked me up, stuttered, then informed the receptionist that they could no longer receive because of the delay. I came nervously to this and slammed the door behind me. Then a couple of weeks later I tried a new appointment, this was cut to my head the previous time and that I didn’t pay off. I described my version in normal tone, they have no room with me since.
j	james fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. They do not speak any other language but hungarian. So if you have an emergency like my wifes torn calf muscle. Dont expect any help. Find another place if something happens injury wise.

I really needed treatment but she turned me away and would not help me. If you speak any other language other than Hungarian and your situation is pretty urgent, I would not recommend this place.

Kate (Katalin) speaks perfect English and is super knowledgeable and professional. She checked all the ranges of my movements and flexibility and explained me why this contracture might be happening and gave me a lot of recommendations to improve my flexibility and avoid future issues. Also treated my pain with a pressure point massage that totally released my pain. I am super happy with the service and the price and I definitely will come back here and recommend it to my friends.
