Very nice Hotel for Families with children. A lot of oportunities for swiming and playing indoor and outdoor, so u can have fun independently of the weather. The food is great also the rooms.

Nice hotel and spa complex with lot of different pools, saunas etc. Covered outside pool with 38°C thermal water. Clean facilities and great food. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We'll come again.

I was surprised what they managed to develop in recent years. The hotel has 4 stars, it looks rather nice from outside. There are quite a few free parking spaces for daily visitors and a lot of green outdoor areas surrounding outdoor swimmingpools.

We are a group of friends who were staying in rooms 202-204 for 2 nights in September and had a very good time. This review is on behalf room 202. The room and en-suite bathroom (as the rest of the hotel) were very clean and spacious with a balcony (small table, 2 chairs and clothes airer). The room was light with one wall being glass (double glazed) and offering access to the balcony. For those who want darkness there are curtains. The beds were comfortable, the bedding clean. Toiletry: lovely and environmentally friendly (normal sized bottles fixed to walls next to shower and sink instead of miniature bottles). Shower cubicle: spacious and very clean. So was the rest of the bathroom. Temperature: we found the room too hot at 25C (we were there on warm days with temperature around 26C+) and due to COVID19 we didn't want to use the Aircon to cool the temp down, however once outside was cool in the evening we opened the balcony door for cool fresh air. Restaurant: spacious with a good selection (buffet) of vegetables, meat, fish, fruit, soup, salads and cake for dinner and various pastries, breads, spreads, cheeses and salami, ham, tuna, a selection of pates and cereals, eggs, bacon and a variety of fruit and more! We were really spoilt for choice and everything looked and tasted good. No food was burnt or undercooked. Thoroughly enjoyed all meals! Some reviewers complained about food quality, I really don't understand why! Granted, this is not a Gourmet or Michelin starred restaurant but it doesn't claim to be such and the prices do not imply such! I've been lucky enough to have lived abroad and visited some of the best (and famous) restaurants and I don't feel disappointed in what was on offer here in the hotel restaurant. In most hotels for this price I would have been lucky to get a small room for this price with no food let alone breakfast AND dinner or in fact just dinner without drinks, so I think the value was excellent. Staff: fabulous friendly and polite. Immediately there if you needed something but not constantly asking if you need anything! Just perfect! In particular I liked the young lady assisting us at dinner, I think she was wonderful even with a mask she exuded politeness and a happy attitude and also the man who checked us out. The service from every member of staff was excellent and professional! I would definitely recommend the hotel and I hope I'll get the chance to return one day. If it wasn't so far from me, I would even consider popping in for a good meal :-) Thank you for everything!

Excellent hotel, staff, food, wellness and swimming pools. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are modernly equipped. The bed is very comfortable. You will get a good night's sleep. The staff is kind and helpful. In the restaurant there is all kinds of food. The wellness in on the top floor. You can really relax and enjoy. As for the swimming area I can say only the best. The water is very hot where it has to be. You can come with your family and enjoy. It's also a non-smoking hotel ??. I highly recommend it.

Extremely nice stuff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Kids friendly hotel

I have just tried to book and the receptionist that I spoke to was extremely rude. I apologised for not speaking German very well and she replied rudely with"lets try". I found her attitude very unhelpful and sarcastic. I was very much looking forward to spending time at this hotel with my wife but will not refer anyone here due to the sheer disrespect and unprofessional approach of the staff!!
