T	Tobias Schida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Platz, sehr nettes Personal welches sich bemüht die Toiletten sauber zu halten, leider gibt es sehr viel Schweine, die hoffe ich sich daheim auch so benehmne wie da. Im Bad fehlt es an Versorgung, und auch Info warum fast alles zu hat. Great space, very nice staff who try to keep the toilets clean, unfortunately there are a lot of pigs, I hope they behave as they do at home. There is a lack of supplies in the bathroom and there is also information about why almost everything is closed.
Z	Zsolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A zuhanyzók közül alig működik egy-kettő, totál vizkövesek. A folyosókon nyitva felejtenek ablakokat, ezért huzatosak és hidegek. Könnyen meglehet fázni bent télen. Amúgy minden OK. Barely one or two of the showers are totally calcareous. They open windows in the hallways when they are open, so they are drafty and cold. It is easy to get cold inside in winter. Everything is OK anyway.

Ale bohužel změnilo se vedení a gastro služby jak jsme byli zvyklí na perfektní servis,tak nové vedení ukončilo spolupráci se soukromými nejemci občerstvení. Takže většina občerstvení zmizela včetně zavřené zdejší restaurace kde jsme si dávali zdejší tradiční kuchyni která byla na vysoké úrovni.. teď je zde otevřeno pár stánků u kterých jsou fronty a nabízí jen rychlé občerstvení, kterého se brzy přejíte. Navíc v tom mají brigádníci velký zmatek, takže se stává že vám udělají něco co jste vůbec nechtěli. Uvnitř jsme si dali kávu a zírali jsme jak se tam mladé brigádnice prodírají hromadou špinavého nádobí a na špinavém pultu vám připravují kávu. Je to velká škoda ? Spa perfect as always! But unfortunately, the management and gastronomic services have changed, as we were used to perfect service, so the new management ended its cooperation with private non-Germans. So most of the snacks are gone, including the closed local restaurant where we had the local traditional cuisine which was at a high level .. now there are a few stalls with queues and offers only fast food, which you will soon wish. In addition, part-time workers are very confused, so it happens that they do something to you that you did not want at all. We had coffee inside and stared as young temporary workers made their way through a pile of dirty dishes and made coffee for you on a dirty counter. It's a pity ?
j	jon jon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camping ganz in Ordnung; aber wer wochenends Ruhe erwartet und nächtens eventuell schlafen will, ist hier fehl am Platz. Dröhnende, laute, billige Trash-Music bis 04:00 Uhr früh aus dem Restaurant nebenan. Sind weitergefahren. Sarvar ist wesentlich ruhiger und die Therme bietet wesentlich besseren Service als Bük! Die Gastronomie wurde aus reiner Geldgiet vom Management der Therme abgewürgt! Camping quite fine; but if you expect peace and quiet at weekends and maybe want to sleep at night, this is not the place for you. Booming loud cheap trash music until 4am from the restaurant next door. Have continued. Sarvar is much quieter and the thermal baths offer much better service than Bük! The gastronomy was choked off by the management of the spa for sheer money!

The thermal park is beautiful with great restaurants with Czech speaking waiters ? We were just sorry that some of the pools were already closed at the end of October.
M	Mark Bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff at the reception, and they speak proper english. What a refreshment after a few days in Germany :). It was nice that we could pick a spot we liked. The toilets etc. are clean! It's a shame you can't set the temperature of the shower. Now it is way too hot at the first 3 pushes of the button and then it gets freezing cold. And the restaurant next door was very loud one night (until 4.30 in the morning).
M	Mr. Celba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything damaged, no fixing, no cleaning. Such a pitty they don't care about the facilities. Inside pools are just outdated and absolutely shocking to see this in 2021. They care more about building new hotels around instead of fixing and improving the facilities. I was struggling to find one locker which actually works. There is an urgent need to do something here.
